very pleasant stay in this accommodation where I have already been. very well located along the port of Noirmoutier, close to the center, everything is within walking distance. quiet and well-equipped accommodation. I recommend it and will probably come back again.

Very well located accommodation, not huge but very well equipped. A very nice terrace adorns it, as well as a parking space. Everything is done on foot, TER is also accessible on foot.

The apartment is in an extremely good location, quiet, bright and clean. It is well equipped and basic condiments are available. The terrace is nice, especially in the morning (sunny). Check-in was flexible and easy. Emmanuelle is very responsive to any questions. I felt very good and recommend this place and host.

The best Airbnb I've found, it's simple, it had everything you're looking for: quiet location, large apartment with everything you need (little extra with the veranda balcony), the decoration of the accommodation, the proximity to the sea by car, meeting the owner, the value for money, this comforts me with Airbnbs. A lovely, bijoux place to stay, with everything we needed to explore the area. Fabienne and Patrick are amazing hosts, warm and friendly, and they made our stay extra special. They went above and beyond to support us, and also made us feel so very welcome. The annex is a very peaceful, well designed, and immaculate space. There is also a peaceful and very private patio. For me and my husband, we thought it was a perfect place to stay, and we highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Maryline's place. Kind and welcoming host, she received us very well. The accommodation is ideally located in the heart of Piriac: everything is done on foot, whether to go to the beach, shop at the market or enjoy the restaurants nearby. No problem for parking, parking is very close. The apartment is modern, bright and perfectly as described. We would recommend it in a second!

Absolutely perfect location for this apartment 1min from the beach, 5min from the market and all the shops. Beautiful building. Some refreshments would be welcome (bathroom, kitchen, painting, insulation with neighbors, windows) and more comfortable beds.

We had a great time with our friends. We were very well hosted. Maud and Vincent are very kind and caring hosts. The place is super cute and functional. Not to mention the jaccuzi which is a big plus to the accommodation.
