Clean, neat and well equipped cottage, great central yet quiet location in the town. Everything was as described. Communication with the host was great, very easy check in process. We'll be back!

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 nights at little cartref to celebrate our anniversary. From booking to arriving Sarah was so friendly & responded very quickly to messages & helped us with our enquires. We were warmly welcomed & instantly felt at home on arrival. The location is fantastic & the place has everything you need. We had a lovely time at Chapel down vineyard & we had gorgeous weather to sit in the lovely sunny garden with a drink playing games. The surroundings are beautiful & the woods over the roads were stunning with Bluebells & the fields at the end of the garden lovely. Tenterden town is a lovely stroll away with quaint local coffee shops, the railway, nice resturants (Montalbano Italian is fab) & places to have a drink (Dairy Tap room for a cheeky afternoon beer & they do live music evenings & for something a bit more fancy the Grapevine does amazing cocktails & live jazz music) Thank you Sarah & Little Cartref for helping us make very special memories. x

We had the most wonderful stay at Alice and Alan's cozy cowshed! The space was incredibly warm and inviting, providing a perfect retreat for both of us. Alice and Alan were exceptional hosts, always available to offer assistance and making sure we had everything we needed. They even allowed us to use their beautiful garden, which was such a lovely bonus. One of the highlights was when Alice and Alan kindly offered to drop us into town, saving us the hassle of getting a taxi. They also gave us great recommendations for cabs to get home later on. The stay was extremely nice, and we absolutely loved every moment. We would 100% go back and highly recommend this wonderful spot to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing getaway!

We stayed here for our minimoon and had the best time. The heated pool was a highlight for us, we were lucky to have good weather and got lots of use out of it. It's a great location for exploring places nearby. We visited Hever Castle on our drive to High Halden. We spent one day in Hastings, walking along the coast and had lunch at the Dolphin pub. We spent another day at Port Lympne Safari Park which is worth a visit. In the nearby village there is a pub called The Chequers. We had dinner here and the food was amazing. The cottage itself was lovely and had everything we needed. Its very cosy with a homely vibe. All round fantastic place and would definitely stay again.
