You will have the entire place to yourself and will find all the comforts possible, secure parking included in the residence. There are two beds, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, all of which can accommodate up to four people. Breakfast is included, accommodation 12 minutes from Bordeaux center by tram-bus-car.

Very quiet street, but a few steps from the tram (Paul Doumer station) and all amenities. The building is a small classic stone building; the apartment, on the garden side, has large windows. Everything is designed for your comfort: bedroom with queen size bed, air conditioning, flat screen, Wi-Fi, electric shutters. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower.

You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance.
