We welcome you with great pleasure to our private, independent and unoverlooked studio in the middle of the vineyards. It is located on the road to the castles, close to MARGAUX, and its classified great vintages. It consists of a pleasant 20 m² room offering all the necessary comforts (kitchenette, living room, large 160 bed, shower room and toilet, linen provided). You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance.

Offering unusual high-end accommodation, being in a quiet environment in the heart of nature with all the comforts of a beautiful hotel room. The lodge is located on a large wooded lot of more than 2 hectares. The structure is 3 m high, accessible by a staircase, it is 30 m2 interior and 25 m2 of partially sheltered terrace. There's a hot tub on the terrace. Côte & Lodge is located in Talais on the west coast in Gironde between ocean and estuary near Soulac-sur-Mer

You will love the exceptional location of my apartment: the windows to the east and west allow you to see the sunrise AND sunset over the city and, the rest of the time, it is bathed in light. The beautiful Girondine is happy to host you in its adjoining gîte (40 m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, its wine activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and provides parking and bicycle shelter. Franco-British, Jany and her daughter Felicia will be happy to welcome you and advise you on the tourist sites to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate. Victoria's Garden: breakfast, air-conditioned, parking

Charming house with private terrace and individual entrance. Ideal for 1-4 people, cozy and elegant, offers a mezzanine with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Just 5 km from Mérignac Airport (transfer possible), it's ideal for exploring Bordeaux (15 min by tram), its famous vineyards and ocean beaches. Bus stop – 2 min, tram – 15 min walk. Enjoy a complimentary light breakfast, a quiet and green setting, and free street parking.

Studio Mauriac

Air-conditioned bright studio on the second floor of a small stone building. Located in a quiet area, in the historic center, close to the tram (5 minutes walk). Fully equipped, the studio has a small separate kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. The living area of the studio is composed of a bed 2 places, a sofa and a flat screen. ATTENTION: part of the apartment is attic; less comfortable for people taller than 1.85 m.

Your 38 m2 suite is independent of our house, everything is done to ensure you have a soothing night. The room has a private jacuzzi (optional), it is air-conditioned, with a 180 cm bed, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave... You can relax in front of the horses and take long walks in the private forest.

Cozy Chalet (Jacuzzi in Option)

Discover this charming 20m² chalet, nestled in the heart of the vineyards. With an independent entrance, a terrace and a warm interior atmosphere, this place is a great place to relax. We are located between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion as well as 10min from the blue angel. Also enjoy an optional outdoor Jacuzzi heated all year round for €30, ideal for relaxing. Bed linen (bed made) and bath linen option: €5 per stay.

"La cabane", an atypical home in the countryside.

"La Cabane" is made up of panels of Douglas fir and fully sliding Plexiglas, adapting to your desires. Its patio will allow you to enjoy the view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. The small kitchen and the annex will give you full autonomy for your meals. The hundred percent sliding walls live to the rhythm of the weather and the wood; an atypical experience, in the heart of the Charente countryside!
