The house was perfect for us. Really spacious and homely. My kids loved it. It was perfectly positioned in between Bordeaux centre and the airport. Only criticism is there was no kettle, chopping knife, or normal bowls. But otherwise we had everything we needed. That's was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

It was a pleasant stay and close to Bordeaux and even closer to cute towns along the river like Blaye. Lots to see and many wineries nearby as well! The accommodation is exactly as described and well worth it for the price.

We stayed in the small but cozy apartment for only one night because we were passing through on our way to Spain. Everything was super clean and cozy. There were many details in the furnishings, where you could see that it was furnished with attention to detail...-:) If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back... very good stay (too short) at Cécile's who entrusted us with her beautiful house for a weekend. Everything was perfect, the house is very well-equipped, and very well-maintained. A big plus for the pool that we were able to enjoy after our efforts!

Great stay with the family at Barbara and Gilles'. They are very friendly hosts. The accommodation is very clean, well located and quiet. If we have the opportunity we'll be back with pleasure!

Excellent hosting by Manon, always good advice on good places to visit nearby. The cottage is very comfortable, well-equipped, carefully decorated, in absolute calm in a green setting on the edge of the forest. Close to the Bay of Arcachon and the ocean.

Beautiful home and grounds! Well equipped with all necessary supplies. Communication with Caroline was excellent! Always with a quick response to questions and even worked out a birthday cake and wine for our traveling friend. Nice outside seating area to enjoy by the pool. Would highly recommend!

This stay was everything an Airbnb should be and more! Her place was welcoming and so incredibly homey. The design of the apartment is also incredible, with such an attention to detail! The location is also perfect - a quick 20 minute walk to the center of the historic district but tucked away enough to get a full nights rest without any interruptions. Helen was also incredibly responsive and had such fabulous recommendations. Next time we find ourselves in Bordeaux, we know exactly where we’ll be staying!

Our goal was to have a home, close to our children who live in St. Helena so we couldn't have had better. We are on the road that leads us to Lacanaux center and Lacanaux Ocean, where we took very nice walks. For sports enthusiasts, very nice bike paths or I did my jogging too. The shops are ready. My husband was able to play petanque where he was very well received.

Nice, clean and tidy apartment. It's quiet, the residence is very nice. The garden is a plus! Very nice bedding. It is nevertheless difficult to find your way around when arriving late and to find the parking space: no public lighting. Thanks to our host for this stay!
