Monthly Rentals in Saint Mary's Bay

Quite simply put, this is a fantastic home to stay in. Quiet location, beautiful area and a property that has everything you'll require for your stay. Parking is available at the front of the property and access into the front of the house does not involve any steps. The living, dining and kitchen areas are well proportioned with the kitchen in particular having everything you require for cooking and washing. Bedrooms are of a good size and all bathrooms are stocked with plenty of basic supplies. As has been mentioned previously, the owners do allow pets, with bowls and a selection of toys provided, but with the basic caveat of no access to upstairs. Small enclosed garden to the rear of the property is a bit of a sun trap too, so ideal if you want to have a lazy day at home. Hosts are super responsive, even on a weekend, so it really is an ideal rental.

Had a great stay , was txt to say accommodation was ready earlier than expected then on morning of departure was text to say no rush to leave as no check in that day . It was a nice personal touch .

This is our second time staying here, which is a recommendation in itself. It was just as amazing as the last time. We love the privacy, the open plan. Big windows and a skylight in the bedroom. Great location, beautiful views and accessible to some great places!

Penny has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish being approachable, friendly and helpful. Exactly what you’d want from a host. The property has every tiny thing you can think of. The little things you’d normally have to get yourself are all provided. It had been decorated for Easter and my birthday with an Easter egg and birthday cake waiting for us when we arrived. It’s all the little touches and extra care taken that make this a special place to stay. The accommodation was exactly as described and has everything you would need for a stay.
