The views from Villa Elaia were nothing short of spectacular from the Mediterranean Sea (panoramic view from Nice to Cannes) in front to the mountains in back, in a peaceful neighborhood, well sheltered and private and in walking distance to a gorgeous, medieval, artisan village and everything it had to offer. We loved absolutely everything about this magnificent villa; from the spaces: the comfortable & large living inside and outdoors along the expansive terrace, the tastefully decorated bedrooms, ample bathrooms, gardens, terraces, amazing pool, and fantastic kitchen & dining areas both inside and out. It was perfect for a family reunion. Sophie and her team were delightful and responsive. Book this place, you won’t have any regrets!

Wonderful place to stay in the back of Nice! Perfect as a starting point for bike rides :) The apartment is perfect for 4-5 people and is very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need and everything was very clean Catherine was an extremely kind and helpful host! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We spent New Year's Eve in Eddy's house and couldn't have made a better choice. The house is clean, cozy and located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. Great place, great host.

I felt comfortable with the hosts right from the start. It's a beautiful property with a great pool and a small studio. Those who value convenience in the household and a kitchen will have difficulties here. By car, the area is very quick and very easy to reach. There are many beautiful places nearby and a supermarket, which is also easily accessible by car. Parking is available directly in the yard. The house is accessed via a small alley and has a remote control for the roller door. To switch off for a few days, I find the accommodation ideal. Highlight: Romy! A super cute and playful dog. It was a pleasure overall.

Wonderful garden with great pool to relax. Great terrace overlooking the mountain and fridge (in addition to kitchen). Inside and out everything is clean and comfortable. Very nice and communicative hosts. Good location near Nice but car is a must. We feel very comfortable (couple with a dog). Merci beaucoup!

The location is ideal in relation to various major cities (Nice, Cannes, Monaco) and the mountains. Furthermore, Patrick gives the necessary tips and useful descriptions for activities nearby. In addition, the pool is very clean to take a refreshing dip! Furthermore, the apartment has been quite refurbished with a new kitchen and cozy living room. In short, a great place to celebrate a vacation!

Very good stay and beautiful place

Isabelle and her husband were at their best, they were available and accommodating. The apartment is well located, there is the free shuttle that passes 2 steps from the building, and the central square is less than 10 min walk. The apartment is well heated (collective heating) and no problems with hot water because it is also collective (it is often the problem of skiing when it is a cumulus).

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

My son really enjoyed the loft, having the opportunity to cook from home was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great week with my dog: the calm, the view, the small terrace giving direct access to nature and the large parking lot to go directly to the hiking trail, my dog really enjoyed it! The snow but especially the comfort of the studio, everything was there, I didn't miss anything, the cleaning on arrival was great. For check-in, Sylvia guides you with photos and clear explanations: great and check-in in full autonomy with the key box. Sylvia's number will be carefully kept for next year. Very well equipped and very bright apartment. Beautiful view of the mountains, quiet and next to the slopes and a chairlift. Very nice parking space. Downtown is within walking distance. Excellent stay with a very responsive and welcoming host. Recommended!

My 4 year old son and I stayed at the nest for 3 nights (renamed the cave). We were able to enjoy all the outdoor areas in the absence of the hosts. The place was what I expected and we felt good about it. The location between Le Boréon and Saint Martin de Vésubie is ideal. The proximity to the road is a downside but at that time of year it is quickly forgotten. The layout of the cave is very well thought out, the outdoor space to cook in good weather is necessary. Vivian's instructions were very clear and the place was very clean. The description and photos correspond very well to the services offered by the nest (finally the cave).
