Just 10 minutes from the Route des Grands Crus and 20 minutes from Beaune, this old barn has been fully renovated with high-end details, blending old-world charm with modern comfort. Our house is a large Art Deco-style villa in the heart of the Burgundy countryside, surrounded by 2 hectares of land, just 1 hour 20 minutes from Paris by TGV and 40 minutes from Lyon. It offers 6 bedrooms, two large terraces, a flower-filled garden, and orchards watched over by our donkey Roméo. We have renovated this home with all modern comforts while preserving its authenticity. We rent it out when we’re away and hope you’ll feel at home here. Perfect for family gatherings!

Burgundian house, renovated in 2024 with the charm of old stones and beams. We have 4 bedrooms with double beds and in addition 3 convertible beds. The house is very comfortable for 8 people and can accommodate a maximum of 14 people. Ideal house for large families and friends. You can celebrate birthdays, Christmas or bachelor/bachelorette parties in comfort. This estate has a beautiful cellar where you can enjoy a private wine tasting. Rates on request.

The cottage Le cocoon welcomes you in a small traditional house on two levels. The main room with its old terracotta tile, includes an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge area in front of the wood stove, a 90 cm bed. Upstairs a pleasant mezzanine space, with its 160 cm bed, welcomes you for restful nights. Wifi and TV. P Because of the architecture, the cottage is not really designed for small children (stairs).
