Studiocaroline44 n°1 is a recent independent studio, adjoining my main residence, quiet and comfortable. Ideal for 2 people, it is very suitable for 3 or 4 guests thanks to a 160 × 200 double bed on the mezzanine and a 160 × 200 trundle bed located on the ground floor. Single-storey accommodation, easy to access and suitable for the elderly. Close to Nantes, the airport, Planète Sauvage and 25 minutes from the beaches. Sheets, towels, coffee and tea provided. On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. The studio is very well arranged, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (induction stove, fridge, combined microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo and kettle). The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 140 x 200 bed, an AndroidTV, a wardrobe and a dining table and a shower room. Non-smoking accommodation.

Cozy nest with modern comforts + private parking. Ideal for one or two couples or a family of five. Fluent in German and English in use.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Ideally located between Nantes and the sea, this bright studio can accommodate up to 4 people + a child under 4 years old free of charge. Enjoy a pleasant view of a lush garden, surrounded by palm trees, a banana tree and vines. This place is ideal for a memorable vacation or to recharge after a day of work.
