Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

The magic of the place takes place at the entrance of the gate which opens onto a large courtyard framed by the Logis and its outbuildings. In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).

Take a break in the countryside, we are 20 minutes from the Poitevin marsh, 1 hour from Poitiers and La Rochelle, 1 hour 15 minutes from Futuroscope and 1 hour 30 minutes from Puy du Fou. Stage of the Francette bike and GR 36. Please note there is only a microwave, no gas stoves, but there is the possibility of table d'hôte on request at least 48 hours in advance
