Monthly Rentals in Saint-Lambert, Paris

The studio is great! Besides the location, being a few minutes away from a metro station and market, restaurants, etc, the studio was just as described. The place was clean, bright, extremely well kept and everything felt brand new, especially towels and kitchen supplies. And when I noticed the coffee machine didn’t work, they replaced it right away! The bathroom was spacious enough for one person, the kitchen well equipped, good wardrobe… Really, the only downside at all was being on the 4th floor without an elevator, but for me (and knowing how common this is in Paris), it wasn’t a problem. Oh, and as a suggestion, I’d just add a little shelf in the shower space! Just to make it perfect! Thank you Olivier and Lea!!!

The apartment was clean, cute and just as described and the host was very responsive! We had a great stay.

It was very nice to stay in Vincent's apartment. Everything is walkable and the area has so many nice shops, cafes and restaurants, restaurants. The apartment has everything you need, recommended as far as I'm concerned! Vincent is a nice host, he always responds and fast!

Ghady's apartment is exceptionally comfortable ( clear and new ).With high-end equipment, from bedding to appliances. Kitchen more than modern (oven,stove,dishwasher clean and new, rare quality in an RBNB . Plenty of storage in both the kitchen and the bedroom, the bathroom with its large shower and large branded washing machine. Apartment according to photos . Very quiet area and yet close to many shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walk from metro line 8, bus 62 which will take you in 5 minutes to line 12 of the metro A big thank you to Ghady for his invariable kindness and great availability Very difficult to leave this "Cozy Nest" after a stay of just over a month!!! Without hesitation, will come back
