Comfortable treehouse cabin. Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. I rent my simple little leisure cottage for simple people An equipped kitchen. A bathroom. A living room with a sleeping area. A 140 bed. A living area with sofa bed 140 TV and wood stove. I specify that there is no box but Free. Bouygues and Orange have coverage. no neighbors so no worries about noise. music... beautiful walks to take. mushrooms on site. 20 minutes from Limoges. 10 minutes from the lake.

The studio is fully equipped: comfortable bed, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, high-speed internet, smart TV, shower gel, shampoo and towel. In addition to this private studio, you have access to a beautiful shared room. This one is composed of a large kitchen, a laundry room as well as a self-service coffee maker. Conveniently located, there's plenty of free parking nearby, a cafeteria and a supermarket within walking distance of the accommodation.

Charming 150 m² quiet house, ideal for a vacation in the heart of nature. Enjoy a heated 4x9 m swimming pool (shared with the owner) from June to mid-September, a one-hectare pond, a petanque court and views of the countryside. 10 km from Bellac, 30 km from Limoges and Oradour-sur-Glane (historical site), and 10 km from Lake Saint-Pardoux (water activities, restaurant). On site, small dwarf goats and an Ouessant sheep will delight young and old.

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

Accommodation located 40 minutes from LIMOGES, 10 minutes from BELLAC with restaurant, supermarket and municipal swimming pool, and 30 minutes from LAKE SAINT-PARDOUX which offers 3 sandy beaches, equipped with multisport grounds, playground and picnic area. Swimming supervised in July and August. A practical guide will be available in the cottage for more outings!!

Charming cottage for 2 people with hot tub

The old orchard cottages, 2-person cottage located to the left of the farm, with a porch and an individual entrance door. A private terrace with a jacuzzi (closed from Oct 6 to Apr 10) and garden furniture allow you to sunbathe, it is accessed by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.

This unique place has a style all its own. 8 minutes from the center of Limoges by car, in a quiet and soothing area, Large private room with bathroom and separate entrance 16 m2. Everything in a private house with a parking space in the courtyard with the possibility of recharging (if necessary) the electric car for a small fee.
