Hi, Come and spend a wonderful vacation in this beautiful studio on our 1200 m2 plot. A terrace will be available to welcome you during your meals. Swimming pool and barbecue on site. Spa on request with a surcharge of 10 euros and the possibility of a massage and/or papouilles therapy. Rates to be determined :) Foosball and ping pong table available. Renovated barn in rural areas and close to the coast. Large enclosed garden and swimming thanks to its unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-October. Pool available to tenants and owners (By flexible time slots) Equipped with all comforts. Linens, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Breakfasts not included, however tea, coffee, herbal teas available. Pets, parties and charging of electric vehicles not allowed.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private.
