Beach house vacation rentals in Saint John

While St. John is our favorite place in the world, I can’t say enough about our experience at Eureka Villa — it was absolutely perfect for our two-couple group. Great location not far from Cruz Bay (and as a bonus: super close to Windmill Bar!). Was so appreciative of Elise being proactive upon our arrival to the island and personally escorting our Jeep to the location, showing us around the villa, and was more than willing to share her knowledge of the island. The panoramic view was indescribable. Loved having the cross-breeze from large glass/screen doors in the central space, while still having access to bedroom air conditioning for comfortable sleeping at night. Clean, organized, modern updates, STOCKED with home and beach supplies which saved lots of packing space for us — beach chairs, coolers, towels, snorkel gear, even had spare reef-safe sunscreen. Elise & John were immediately responsive to any questions and fantastic to work with. Already counting the days until our return.

From start to finish we had a wonderful time at this home. Book VI provided a link to share with our group with the list of helpful pointers and recommendations from restaurants, beaches to shopping. The place was beautiful and well appointed and had comfortable beds too. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, snorkeling gear and the SUP while there. They had coolers too which came in handy for our beach outings. This place was about 15 min or so from Cruz Bay and grocery stores were nearby too. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay near Cruz Bay and enjoy seeing the stars, stay here. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Airbnb with beautiful sunset views! The villa had all of the amenities my family and I needed for a week stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone!

A stunning location with gorgeous views, this house is an absolute gem! Thank you, Eileen, for all of your local recommendations, responsiveness to all of my questions (we had a lot!), and for sharing your beautiful home with us. Perched on a hill and down a very unassuming road you find this oasis with ocean breezes, sounds of nature, and all of the necessities you could need. Perfect for my family of four, with two young kids. While the location is "on the other side of the island," we didn't mind the drive to Coral Bay or to the main beach area (Trunk, Maho)--- there was so much scenery to take in! We appreciated the beach chairs and towels, along with cooler bags, to make those trips easy. We also loved the beaches near the house, along with hiking the Ram Head Trail. The beds were super comfortable, we slept beautifully. We used the loft and the AC made for an easy sleep. Thank you so much, we will be back!

Thus place was as described. Breath taking views. This was island living at its finest. Easy access into the property and easy access around the island. Highly recommend to rent a golf cart plus it just makes it fun to cruise around the island. We will 💯 rent again. Thank you so much.

This house added to our vacation experience on St. Thomas. The pool and deck were overlooking AMAZING views, the house was roomy, comfortable, and well apportioned. It had character and charm and all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Great for families- in a quiet area behind a gate and located close enough to groceries and restaurants. We would book this again!

The Round House was just as described in the listing and we found it to be clean, comfortable, filled with amenities, and it had fantastic views. The host was responsive and proactively communicated with us about the house and the surrounding area. It was a great stay, overall!

Gigi is an amazing host! She helped us navigate Water Island and St. Thomas through her helpful recommendations. She greeted us at the Water Island Ferry dock and helped us get settled in. She was there whenever we needed anything. Gigi’s home is in a beautiful location and is well equipped with whatever you need. She has lots of beach essentials and floats for the pool. The space is attached to Gigi’s primary residence, however, we’d never know anyone was there. It was super quiet with really thick walls. Getting to/from Water Island is a breeze! It’s 10 minutes on a ferry that’s always on time. We loved seeing tortoises, hermit crabs and Gigi’s sweet ldog Coco at the house. At the beach, we loved seeing the sea turtles in the calm water! We also did a sailing trip to swim with sea turtles. The Gigi-recommended captain was AMAZING. He let our daughter drive the boat as an early birthday present. She’s been telling everyone about it! Highly recommend! Can’t thank Gigi enough!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view of the island was amazing. I think it was the the best view we have ever had at an Air BNB. Delano and Beige were very helpful. We enjoyed chatting with Gene while he cleaned the pool everyday. The pool was a nice place to relax after a long day sight seeing. Our room had everything we needed and more, including beach and snorkeling gear. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. Thomas!

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home nestled in the mountains of Tortola. The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that we enjoyed every day. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Peter and Denise were incredible hosts: warm, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable scenery and top-notch hosting. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Very well maintained house and pool. Appliances seemed new and well maintained. One air conditioner needed work, but a very nice repairman came and fixed it right after we arrived without us needing to request service.Beautiful view. Good value. Decent bed comfort for those of us who dislike hard beds. The only real drawback is the poor, unpaved driveway that lacked road signage, took some wrong turns to find even with Google maps, and required an all-wheel drive vehicle. We traded in our Jeep for a smaller compact SUV with better visibility because the space to turn the vehicle around is so tight.

CJ and Martina's place is incredible! It's clean and well-stocked with a gorgeous view. Our entire family stayed for our 20th anniversary and for our parents' 50th anniversary. CJ and Martina were so helpful and put so much thought into the house. Staying there made the trip so pleasant and stress-free -- comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, mosquito oil lamps, beach towels and chairs, AC units in the bedrooms, Tesla power generator, the washer and dryer... I could keep going. Not every home on the island has as much thought and care as this one, and certainly not every host is as responsive and exceptional as CJ and Martina. They went above-and-beyond. I have no complaints.

I highly recommend Rosanne's home. Tiffany, a member of the Anteres crew, met us in town after picking up our jeep rentals. We followed her to the house. Super welcoming and answered all of our questions. Casa Del Palmas was in pristine condition and beautifully decorated. Rosanne has put great effort and thought into decorating and stocking her entire home from top to bottom with everything you will possibly need for a perfect vacation. The amazingly beautiful views off the back porches will be greatly missed.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Tristen was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. Her property manager was also incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The views from the property are unmatched—panoramic sights of the Virgin Islands that left us speechless every single day. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our group of 9 had more than enough space. Each bedroom offered plenty of privacy, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool! It truly felt like our own private paradise. We would gladly stay here again the next time we’re in St. Thomas. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in St. John. We were greeted and welcomed and helped every step of the way! We loved the view and the deck and the pool and hot tub were perfect for our teenage daughters. We made special memories together and we will be back!

Karen and Nigel are gracious hosts that go above and beyond. They have created a relaxing, welcoming home for your stay. Words that come to mind : Convenient but feels remote, breathtaking views (high enough to look into the bay but still feel connected to the action), extra extra clean and immaculate, perfect house layout, caring and attentive hosts, luxurious, concrete-walled quietness, safe and secure. Safety is so important to us. Their home was built with love and hard work, and it shows! A true tropical heaven!

We had a great stay at Villa Odyssea. Wonderful location, peaceful, breathtaking views. Kesha was very responsive to questions and provided support and recommendations for activities and restaurants. For anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tortola, villa Odyssea is the place. We stayed in the one bedroom villa. There is also a 2 bedroom villas that can also be rented for larger group. The villa is minutes away from the beach. Thank you Kesha for making our stay memorable!

Emily was nothing less than amazing! I was already terrified of driving up the mountains, our GPS failed us by taking us somewhere totally opposite of the actual location. This was my first time driving in mountains and on the left side. I called Emily, and she came and found us to guide us to the house. I told her my rental was barely making it up the mountains as it was giving a burning smell, she even test drove the car and assured me that I will be just fine. Once I got to the home, I experienced the spectacular beautiful views and lush landscape. The home is thoughtfully and beautifully organized. Very ideal for a family or respectable group who will take care of this gem of a home! I was able to wake up to a beee-you-tee-full sunrise each morning 🥰☀️🙌🏽. It reminds me of how glorious and creative God Almighty is ! Oh how rewarding!! This home is a vacation in itself. I highly recommend!!!!

10 out of 10! This place was just what we needed. It’s private and peaceful but close enough to the city. The check in process was straightforward. The host was very responsive and the house had all of the amenities of home. The view was amazing and very tranquil. I felt at ease in this beautiful oasis. Traveling there: It’s a bit scary if you are not familiar with the mountainous roads of St. Thomas. The steep hills will definitely require a 4x4 vehicle and I suggest that you rent one at the airport. Getting around will be tough without it. Just when you think that you are going the wrong way and you have literally hit rock bottom or Shore bottom, keep going ! You’re almost there! If you arrive at night, good luck! 🙏🏽 There are some stray cats and a very friendly but cautious dog hanging around. They are not bothersome or aggressive. Christy and the team were amazing hosts!! Everything was arranged perfectly and so much detail that she puts into your stay! It was so peaceful, even with the roosters lol. We will definitely be booking again and will recommend this air bnb to friends and family.

we loved the stay so much! we always enjoy staying in coral bay and they communicated so good && always willing to help. Just follow the written instructions they give you and all will be well. we would forsure stay here again!! the view and porch and everything was amazing!

Ross and Eve are great hosts! It was our first time in St John so they took time to meet with us online and share information and tips to make our stay better. The condo is very welcoming and beautifully decorated. Beds are super comfortable and the place is squeaky clean. PERFECT location for anywhere you want to go on the island. We recommend Love City Tacos just up the street and Johnny Lime in Coral Bay for great casual dining. The side streets and condos in the neighborhood are not well marked so make sure you watch Eve’s video before you go! We didn’t have phone service or GPS so had a tough time finding the place the first time. My only disappointment is that my husband did all the driving and wouldn’t let me practice driving on the left side of the road! 😊

I loved the stay the house was exactly what was shown. The house is no more than 20 min from the excursion all over the island. I enjoyed my stay Sabrina was responsive. My family & i was on vacation we all enjoyed it. Sleeping arrangements were great. I highly recommend staying here if you vacation in St Thomas.
