New and impeccable studio, great location because it's close to Lac des Sapins but quiet. Be careful because the location is not the one given by Airbnb. Jacques is an attentive and responsive host, very accessible. We had a lovely stay around the lake. Recommended.

Second time we booked and the place has everything we needed. We will probably book next year as well for our annual weekend in Ampleluis. I would recommend this listing without a problem!

Very ergonomic and comfortable accommodation in a very quiet area. Our cycling team was able to recover optimally between the 2 days of the Tour du Roannais :). Impeccable communication from the hosts who are very friendly. Good choice that we recommend!

nice place freshly renovated with taste , in the city center. spacious rooms. decent bedding. all very clean. we slept there for a weekend, the environment was quiet. free parking on the square just in front of the house. i recommend it. to know for elderly people or reduced mobility - the stairs are quite steep, especially for the bedrooms on the 2nd floor
