Studio facing the sea with a large balcony facing south-southwest to the 8th with elevator. Equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need... A bathroom with a shower , towel dryer, washing machine . On the sleeping side I chose a fast system that allows to transform the sofa into a high-end bed in a few seconds (140 X 190 ) and a real Mattress for a child or a teenager ( 75 X 190) . A small lounge for 4 people on the Balcony.
