Very good location. Everything is within walking distance,located in the city center and yet very quiet. The owner is concerned about our good installation while being very discreet. We will come back without hesitation.

Marine is an incredibly friendly, accommodating and caring host. Super flexible, attentive, she is responsive, responds quickly and seeks to ensure that you are at the top during your stay. Her atypical accommodation is perfectly equipped, you don't miss anything. Easy to find, parking right in front of the house, 35 minutes from Saint Jean de Monts beach which is superb. About 30 to 45 minutes from various points to visit in Vendée. Perfect if you want to avoid the crowds while visiting the area!

Great stay at Eric's apartment on the ground floor of a house in a very quiet area with a nice sun terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs. The apartment is clean, spacious, bright, well-equipped, good bedding. We enjoyed parking our car safely on the driveway. Eric was always reachable and attentive to us. In short, a perfect stay. We highly recommend this apartment.

Apartment in a very good location: everything is on foot! The embankments and the large beach are literally at the foot of the building. Downtown is just a 12-minute walk. Great location to put your car down and do anything by foot. The apartment is clean and functional. The balcony is a plus, the view is very pleasant. The shower is nevertheless quite small and inconvenient. i would highly recommend this apartment!
