House vacation rentals in Saint James City

This vacation was truly amazing. The house was roomy enough for our large family and most importantly, it stayed cooled to our liking. It had everything we needed. There was always something for everyone to do....fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking. No one was ready to leave after our week long stay. I can't say enough great things about Ingrid. So responsive, helpful and accommodating. She truly cares about her guests. Everyone we met on the island was helpful and so friendly, giving us advice and recommendations. I hope that this place is available for many years to come because I will definitely come back. It was that perfect!

Wonderful location and peaceful neighborhood! Our fishing charter picked us up right from the dock as well. Other than getting live bait to fish with, and the occasional trip for groceries, we stayed in, relaxed, and enjoyed just being away. This location is definitely on our short list for next year's trip.

We had a wonderful time in St. James City! The pictures on the listing did not do the interior justice - we thought it might be a bit dark inside but it was bright and airy inside and bigger than we thought! It was clean, bright, not cluttered at all and the amenities were as described. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The beds and linens were very nice (firm). The surrounding area was very quiet, we had numerous, pleasant interactions with the neighbors with offers to go boating and kayaking and advice on fishing spots and we got plenty of visits with the manatees that we passing through. We used the kayaks quite a bit as well as the fishing poles. We would definitely come back; great experience overall.

This property had a fabulous location! Easy water, access, and close to a couple restaurants via car or boat. What made the stay so special was coming back after a hot day on the boat and getting in a pool! And Wendy did not leave out any details! There were floats, a pump for the floats, a perfect tiki bar to enjoy, and plenty of beach towels! The property also had great kitchen supplies if you’re wanting to cook and also a fun ice machine. These are just a few things that are coming to the top of my head and I know I’m still forgetting to mention some! Also, I was fortunate enough to meet Wendy in person and she is very hospitable. You will not regret this stay!!

Beautiful place with lots of amenities. Pool and spa were great, kitchen was well stocked and overall the whole place was fantastic. Several large fish out by the dock but didn’t have time to do any fishing.

If you are looking for a Maldives trip in Florida, then book here! We had a flight delay and missed our ferry and Joe was proactive helping us book a captain to transport us to the home after hours. Not only is the place EXACTLY like the pictures you could not find more serene surroundings to drink your morning coffee and watch gorgeous sunsets on the deck with your family. Cooking at the house takes so much pressure with traveling with the toddler even though we booked Bo the private chef for the evening. Loved driving around the golf cart and now our almost two year old’s new word she learned, turtle after one she saw exploring. We saw dolphins as captain chris drove us back to the dock to go home, the worst part was having to GO HOME! 10/10 recommend. Book with Joe!

house was easy to find and in a beautiful neighborhood and you can see the pool and walkway to the beach. It was quiet and rules were enforced which is a huge plus for us to keep things classy. Furniture and kitchen were well equipped and comfy. Automatic privacy shades we were great for lots of sun or privacy when needed. The beds and pillows are Casper and we slept better than at home. Both showers have rain fall showerheads with lots of water pressure. (that's not typical on any island) big plus. We loved the stay and left feeling relaxed and would absolutely stay again and feel we got a lot for our money during the off season.

This condo was in a great location. Right on the beach and close to the pool. Close to Bailey’s and restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great communication with the owner while making reservations, during our stay and after checking out. I will definitely be back.

Spacious and we liked the outdoor screen porch. Walkable to ice cream, gifts, and taco truck.

Brody was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The unit was extremely clean. There was anything you could want in the kitchen, from silverware, pots and pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, potholders, glasses, plates, etc. Back patio was quite comfortable. I have to say the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for quite some time. Quality appliances and hardware. Plenty of wooden hangars. He even had a clothes steamer to use! I highly recommend this place and will look for it on my next visit to Fort Myers!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

Well kept, very clean home in a quiet neighborhood with accurate pictures. It has a lovely kitchen, a clean laundry room, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a really nice outdoor patio/lanai area with fun, multi-colored lighting around the pool for nighttime swimming. Check in and out was a breeze. The host promptly answered a question we had about the pool during our stay. The rental is located in a good location with a Publix and Walgreens only five minutes away. We also enjoyed the marina down the road which is open to the public (they have a coffee shop there we loved and enjoyed outdoor seating over drinks and brunch). The pool area, use of the kayaks, and beautiful sunsets were the highlights of our stay.

My family had a great time at the house in St. James's City. The kids went fishing with the neighbors as well as on a chartered boat. The house is comfortable and just as described. The surroundings are super quiet and they were able to hear manatees lightly splashing at night.

Just finished a 4 night stay in St. James City. Couldn’t be happier with responsiveness of the hosts. Tina and Kenneth went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The home was even more beautiful in person. My family loved the pool and dolphin sightings from the dock. We will be back for sure!

I absolutely loved our stay! The house was well arranged, clean, smelled good and had easy-to-use appliances. It also had a wonderful pool that was perfect for relaxing. The location couldn’t be better we were just a short ride from our friend’s condo and close to amazing restaurants. Becky was easy to reach and responsive. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home and would stay here again!

Marybeth’s house was delightful! The house is decorated beautifully and was squeaky clean. We especially loved the 3 screened porches. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Beds were comfy. For restaurants, we loved Phuzzy’s and the Blue Dog. I also had a wonderful facial at the Center of Attention day spa. If you want to experience Pine Island, this is the place to stay!

This Airbnb was great! The place is just as described and the photos don’t due justice to the beautiful water view. The house was very comfortable, clean, and was stocked with everything we needed. This host was responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend and would definitely stays again!

We had the most amazing time! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. Communication with Susan, her husband, and Alex was super easy and fast — they made everything so smooth. The house was spotless, like brand new! The kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling clean, the beds were super comfy, and the outdoor area with the pool was just a dream. Our 5-year-old had the best vacation ever — he basically lived in the pool and didn’t want to leave! We felt so at home that we honestly didn’t need to go anywhere else. We’ll definitely be coming back as soon as we can. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
