Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Saint James City

Our family has rented Airbnb properties all over the world. Without question, this house was the best equipped, cleanest, and quietest we have ever rented. It is very high-end in terms of quality. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. We would highly recommend this property and we will stay here again.

John’s place is the epitome of a perfect beach vacation home. I could rant on forever but you really just need to check it out for yourself, I wish we could keep it a secret but it would serve no justice to John and all the work he’s put into making this the perfect rental!

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

Tina allowed our pets and let us check in earlier we loved that the pool was Kid friendly . Nice location and clean house ☺️

We had a great time at Andy's and he was very quick to respond with any questions. The pool was our focal point and we were in it day and night. Everything was very cozy and spacious. The area is a smaller area and we had to travel a bit for beaches but there were plenty of eateries and stores. Highly recommend Farmer Joe's as it was out favorite place during our trip. We had a great, fun, and super relaxing week in the home and I am missing it already as I type this back in the office. haha Thank you Andy for welcoming us and allowing us to relax far away from the normal swirl of busy in your peaceful accommodations!

This home is beyond beautiful with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, we stayed for a week at the beginning of May and thoroughly enjoyed our time there, we needed relaxation and that is exactly what we were given, we hated to leave. The hosts Susan, and Alex were very kind, and attentive. If you have a chance to stay at this property, or another of their properties beautiful properties I encourage you to do so you will not be disappointed. This was the perfect place for our family. The outdoor areas were definitely the highlight of our trip. The screened in portion and the pool/hot tub were the two places we spent most of our time. The rest of the house was spacious and clean. John and Tammie responded quickly if we had questions. We were also lucky enough to see some manatees in the canal behind the house! Highly recommend this house.

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

The house is beautiful and looks just as the photos show. Easy access to nearby stores and restaurants as well. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved the house, loved the view, appreciated that there was cookware. We had a few glitches but Christina was super responsive and helpful and was very kind and compensated. We would definitely stay here again. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this home or hosts. I love the Cape Coral area! Love this house

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

Plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat together for meals, which is a big deal for our family. The house had everything we needed! The host was quick and very responsive if we had any questions.
