Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Saint James City

I went for a little getaway and this place was perfect for just that. Peaceful. All the necessities of home. The pool area was one of the reasons I booked here and was looking forward to that heaven! The lounge chairs and deck area was great, however, there was a filter/cleaner on a hose in the pool the entire time of my stay. However it didn’t appear to be working as the surface had quite a bit of debris on. I only went in once to cool off quickly due to that. However if I was with my kids, I would have def reached out to see what could be done about it. I wouldn’t want them swimming in it until cleaned further. The hot tub I was planning on using however it was not warm and did not see a way to heat it…and it too had debris on it. Again I could have reached out if I was dying to use it. Other than those, which could be fixed easily, I was extremely pleased with everything. Nice location. Quiet and clean! I would stay here again if in the Ft Myers area.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were great and made us feel right at home. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the mini coffee station was a lovely touch. The location was perfect with grocery stores and everything else we needed just a short drive away. Highly recommend.

This was exactly what we needed for our getaway! The pool and hot tub were amazing, and so relaxing! We loved being able to swim whenever we wanted, and Jesse made it so convenient with the app to heat the pool / spa. He had everything imaginable for our beach day (and this was for a beach day with an infant, including a beach wagon to haul all of our things) - we were surprised and really thankful for this! The house itself was spacious, and checked the boxes of things that we needed. It was close to grocery stores and a couple of good restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible as well. Jesse was very communicative. Jesse checked in on our stay, ensured that we had recommendations (if we wanted them), and even let us know when a pool tech was coming out as well. We would definitely rent here again!

Loved the hot tub and pool area. Kitchen was spacious. Questions were handled promptly. Two great restaurants in walking distance.

We were in the house for a week with another couple. It was the most enjoyable time as we had full privacy and all the amenities of the resort, but only for ourselves. House is very clean, specious, and delivers everything you see on pictures and more. The management is caring. They are available if you need them but are not overwhelming you, and they respect your time and privacy. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone.

This house was everything that we could have asked for. Unfortunately, we came when the weather was in the 50s but the heated pool and spa definitely made our time worth it. I was continuously impressed with the things this house offered. As a mom of 3, I’m already overwhelmed with the things I need to pack for my family. This house had it all. It included: beach toys, pool noodles, mini paddle boards, a pack and play (I believe, I didn’t look too closely), a beach bag, bikes, a high chair, umbrella, etc., everything you need to stay here! In addition to the wide variety of items, the hosts were very responsive. The only thing I did not enjoy was the firmness of the king bed but I also know that’s something you can’t win with everyone. I also would have appreciated a carbon monoxide detector but we ended up bringing our own. I would still choose to stay here aside from that :) My kids loved the “pool house.” We hope to be back again!

the house was updated and very accommodating. we felt right at home. the outside amenities had the pool, jacuzzi, and an amazing area to sit outside and relax. beds were very comfortable. Alex had great communication and responded quickly. would not only recommend this house, but would stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! From the beginning, Andrea was incredibly friendly and helpful—quick to respond to any questions and made the booking process super easy. The house itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Cape Coral was a bit further from beaches than desirable, but the house more than made up for that to enjoy our warm/sunny stay in Florida. Pros: Outside area (pool/hot tub, large table, games for kids) with a huge sliding door to the living room/kitchen were perfect for 6 adults + 4 kids. Felt very comfortable with the cost. Andrew & Michelle were responsive with every question we had. Cons: lack/lower quantity of some common items: paper towels, toilet paperb, Kleenex, air hockey didn’t work (we replaced), pizza cutter, beach towels, etc. Would highly recommend for a large family focused on quality pool time, a very nice home and responsive hosts.

We had a peaceful and wonderful Thanksgiving at this oasis! The house exceeded our expectations and Pete was very responsive. Highly recommend!

The place was amazing, clean, and great location! The house had so much to offer for my family and we didn’t want to leave. We had one small issue and it was immediately addressed by Neil. If you are looking to go to this area, this is the only place to stay!

The highlight was definitely the private pool and spa — we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The house was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in every room made us feel right at home. Whether we were lounging by the pool, soaking in the spa, or enjoying the cozy interiors, it was truly a wonderful week away. We had a wonderful time at Todd’s place. We fished, swam in the pool and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Was a kid friendly home!
