Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Saint James City

This was our second time here and we had another great experience. The house is just as described, clean and in a great neighborhood. Easy drive to Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island. Nice park for the kids 10 minutes away and restaurants close make it easy. We love the pool and hot tub and the location on a canal. Great relaxing trip!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! Everything was exactly as described—clean, well-organized, and super comfortable. The space had everything I needed and felt really welcoming from the start. You can tell the host put thought into making sure guests have a great experience. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses, easy check-in, and very helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated the little touches that made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I had such a great time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, cozy place to stay!

BEAUTIFUL home! We loved the house so much we extended our trip an extra night. Lanai and pool area was a perfect set up for relaxing in the evening, we were able to fish off the pier and they had kayaks for us to use…. And the neighborhood was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

The house was amazing! It was fully stocked with absolutely everything you could need or want. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here if I was in the area again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tequila sunset. What a beautiful home! Very secluded, quiet. The house was fully stocked! Very clean! The beds were also comfortable! We all slept great. The only issue we had on our stay was finding the golfcart to get to the home. We got off the ferry at Mainstay. Had to walk 15 mins to North Captiva Island club so know which port to get off at. That's where the golf cart was parked. The beach was super close to the house, about a minute walk. We had a wonderful stay! We'll definitely rent the home again in the future.

The home is a perfect vacation home when you want to get away and relax. Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of activities/games in the home and the kitchen was well stocked; from panini press, airfryer, grill. I love to cook so it was nice having more than the essentials. My son caught his 1st fish! The home had everything to catch and eat it, lol! The heated pool is awesome, the views are relaxing, home is spacious. We explored downtown Fort Myers, which was a close drive from the home. There were some unique stores and nice areas to stroll and discover. If you're into seafood stop by Izzy's..the food was delicious and the kids loved thier burgers. the key lime bar dessert was one of the best I've tried. Being able to explore and come back to a warm pool was phenomenal. Remember to bring your bug spray if you plan to sit out by the canal in the evenings for the view, fire pit, or fishing. The Host really thought of every small detail! The art work in the home is impressive. LOVED IT ALL

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

very nice house, great and quiet location. very clean and great amenities. the kids loved the pool and the deck, outside seating is very comfy. we would stay here again, hopefully we can come back soon.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Ft. Myers. Varun was a very responsive host & gave us super clear & easy directions for check in/ check out. The place was perfect for what we needed & had everything we needed! The 2 bathrooms worked out great for our group. The beds & pillows were so comfortable. Great location- about 15 from the airport & 30 from Ft. Myers beach! Would recommend & stay here again.

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

This little beach house was super cute and clean! We had no issues at all and we had a great stay. We’d definitely come back!

Accommodations were as described, very clean, and enjoyable. Beach was near, tons of eateries to choose from, and everything was in a 5-7 min drive. Would revisit the area again.
