Alexandra's house was everything the five of us, a 17-month-old child, her parents, a grandfather and an aunt, could have wished for, comfortable rooms, a spacious cooking area, a secluded and fully-enclosed garden, with a BBQ, delightful al fresco sitting and dining areas, and last, but certainly not least, a glorious pool, greatly enjoyed by all 5 of us. Ploubalay is a small town/large-ish village that has every kind of shop we needed, and is close to some lovely seaside places like StJacut and St Briac. St Malo and Mont St Michel are under an hour away, but it would be wise to get to both early, because of the crowds. Parking at St Malo is a nightmare, but why bother when Lancieux and St Lunaire are closer and easier, and there's a lovely pool and a boule piste outside your own back door? We thoroughly recommend this as a holiday home.

Séjour très agréable dans un gîte charmant et pratique. Le logement est légèrement à l'écart de la maison des hôtes ce qui préserve l'intimité. Les hôtes sont discrets, adorables et toujours disponibles pour des conseils ou un brin de conversation en toute simplicité. A partir du gîte, il est aisé et rapide de rejoindre les commerces, la plage du centre et le merveilleux GR 34 en surplomb de la mer, bordé par une lande magnifique. La côte est incroyable ! La piscine, enfin, à quelques mètres du logement, est un véritable luxe au sortir d'une balade un peu sportive (ou simplement pour barboter dans une eau bien plus chaude que la Manche !). Merci à Marie et à sa famille.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Cécile et sa famille qui sont très accueillant. Le logement est top! Et bien situé pour découvrir la Bretagne . Séjour agréable et dépaysant. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil ! Aurelie Christopher et leurs enfants .

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour À Erquy. L’emplacement et les prestations sont de qualité. Seules ombres au tableau, le sous sol de la maison est également loué sans que l’annonce le précise, et nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude les 2 derniers jours sans que le problème soit résolu.

Logement très propre et qui correspond parfaitement à l annonce publiée. Le lieu est magnifique et calme, tout proche de Lancieux, Dinard et du Cap Frehel. Merci à Nathalie des conseils qu'elle nous a donné sur les lieux à visiter.

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

Séjour d'une semaine très agréable au gîte de l'Etang Quihouas que nous recommandons vivement. Accueil, propreté, confort, équipements exceptionnels...Rien ne manque. Donc on se bien au gîte ..Et Marien, proche de la maison, est très réactif et prêt à nous rendre service et nous faire profiter de ses bonnes fraises du moment...Seul bémol, la météo qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter du petit jardin fleuri et de ses super équipements extérieurs. Adresse à retenir et partager.

We loved our stay at Sylvie's house. It is a lovely place and the short walk to the beach down the lane (plage Vauvert) is fantastic. We also walked around the peninsula and to the Chateau du Guildo. Would recommend. Only drawback is the stairs to the upstairs rooms are difficult to climb and there is no bannister, so only advisable for people who are very sure footed.

Wundervolles Haus und wunderschöner Strand. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 1 Kleinkind dort. Für unsere Tochter war alles vor Ort. ( Baby Badewanne , Hochstuhl , Spielsachen). Der Strand ist sehr sauber und die Bar vor Ort hat sehr gute Angebote. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen 👍

Wonderful, supportive host and a beautiful, cozy, well-located apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We felt more than welcome and really enjoyed our (unfortunately too short) stay!

Maison magnifiquement décorée avec goût , très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Tout était en état neuf et très propre . Idéal pour deux couples. Jolie petite terrasse privée avec coin bbq hélas avec un peu de bruit de la circulation à l’intérieur du village mais pas dérangeante. La région est magnifique . Il y a de jolis villages côtiers pas trop éloignés . Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Quel bel séjour ! Magnifique maison au calme. On est resté 3 jours, du coup on n’a pas pu profiter et voir tout ce que cette belle région a à offrir mais on reviendra sûrement ! La maison est parfaite pour deux avec un jacuzzi pour finir la journée après 16km de marche. Tout est très propre, bien pensé et vraiment très charmant. Un grand merci à Anne pour la disponibilité. Lieu exceptionnel. La Vue est magnifique. La maison est très jolie et typique. Belle rénovation. l'accès à la maison est compliqué .La rue est étroite et pas de sens unique.... pas d'accès direct de la rue sur le terrain. Accès par porte entrée il y à des marches... Nous avons passé un bon séjour

Jolie maison lumineuse, tout est neuf, propre, bien entretenu, bien équipé. Nous avons séjourné avec notre bébé et il a particulièrement apprécié la chaise haute. Tout est facilement accessible à pied, avec la poussette. Toutefois la maison est située sur une rue passante, un peu plus bruyant la nuit. Mais gros plus pour le stationnement!

The place is great, clean comfortable and well equipped, the use of the garage for bikes or motorcycles was a bonus, the town has all the facilities you need yet the house is quiet and well situated. Benedicte couldn’t have been more helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to friends or family and would certainly use again if I return to the area, many thanks to all concerned

A wonderful, small and cozy town house in a great location to explore Dinard and also St Malo via the local ferry. The place was perfect for our needs over a few days. Nicolas was a great host and they have taken great pride in creating a great place to stay and enjoy your holiday.

Excellent séjour chez Jennifer ! Très belle maison bien équipée à la décoration soignée et charmante. Vue imprenable sur la mer 🌊 et la vieille tour. Jennifer est de très bon conseil et sa maison est aussi accueillante qu'elle !

Das kleine aber sehr gemütliche Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Bad sehr großzügig und modern! Der einzige Wermutstropfen war die doch sehr kleine Couch…mit 5 Personen kann man sich im Wohnbereich eigentlich nicht aufhalten…dafür bietet der schöne Garten ausreichend Platz, was bei gutem Wetter sehr angenehm ist. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und dennoch in Laufdistanz zu Bäcker und Supermarkt. Die Strände in der Nähe sind sehr schön und zumindest in der Nebensaison noch leer. Audrey und ihre Familie waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden sicherlich wiederkommen!
