Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Shops are very close, as well as all the activities offered on the peninsula: water sports, walking, shore fishing, etc. It is the perfect place to discover the region, Saint Malo (25 minutes), Dinard (15 minutes), St Cast (10 minutes), Cap Fréhel (20 minutes) etc... You'll love my place because of its location in the center of the village, you can do everything on foot.

It has a south/west facing terrace and a large fenced garden. The house consists of a living room and dining room with sea view, kitchen, shower room, large master bedroom, second bedroom with large bed and small children's bedroom with boat cabin atmosphere.
