A very pleasant stay in a house where you can quickly feel good. Cosy is the right term. Outdoor environment and amenities conducive to tranquility and when in addition, the weather is part of it, what more could you ask for? Alexandra's house was everything the five of us, a 17-month-old child, her parents, a grandfather and an aunt, could have wished for, comfortable rooms, a spacious cooking area, a secluded and fully-enclosed garden, with a BBQ, delightful al fresco sitting and dining areas, and last, but certainly not least, a glorious pool, greatly enjoyed by all 5 of us. Ploubalay is a small town/large-ish village that has every kind of shop we needed, and is close to some lovely seaside places like StJacut and St Briac. St Malo and Mont St Michel are under an hour away, but it would be wise to get to both early, because of the crowds. Parking at St Malo is a nightmare, but why bother when Lancieux and St Lunaire are closer and easier, and there's a lovely pool and a boule piste outside your own back door? We thoroughly recommend this as a holiday home.

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a little conversation. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful heath. The coast is amazing! The swimming pool, finally, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a little sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Thanks to Marie and her family.

Exceptional place. The view is beautiful. The house is very nice and typical. Beautiful renovation. access to the house is complicated. The street is narrow and not one-way.... no direct access from the street to the grounds. Access by entrance door, there are steps... Overall we had a nice stay

Nice bright house, everything is new, clean, well maintained, well equipped. We stayed with our baby and he particularly enjoyed the high chair. Everything is easily reachable by foot, with the stroller. However, the house is located on a busy street, a little noisier at night. But a big plus for parking!

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

The place is great, clean comfortable and well equipped, the use of the garage for bikes or motorcycles was a bonus, the town has all the facilities you need yet the house is quiet and well situated. Benedicte couldn’t have been more helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to friends or family and would certainly use again if I return to the area, many thanks to all concerned

Very pleasant week's stay at the Etang Quihouas cottage, which we highly recommend. Hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, exceptional amenities...Nothing is missing. So we feel good at the cottage... And Marien, close to the house, is very responsive and ready to help us and let us enjoy her good strawberries of the moment... Only downside, the weather that did not allow us to enjoy the small flower garden and its great outdoor facilities. A property to remember and share.

We spent two wonderful weeks in a great Breton environment. The house is in a great location, although in the middle (bakery, gas station and grocery store directly within walking distance in a few minutes), it is also quiet with the small sweet sunny courtyard. We spent whole days at home and we didn't miss anything. Anthony was always directly available for questions and was always friendly and had great tips in store. The cozy house itself is well equipped, even a washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing equipment are available. With a heavy heart, we left it again, but we will surely come back. 🥰🥰

This was our second time staying here – everything was just as perfect as the first time. The view is absolutely stunning, the house is comfortable and well-kept. Claudia and Clement are wonderful hosts, and communication was always smooth and friendly. We’d love to come back again!

We were very pleased with our stay at Claire and Benjamin's. Only advantages (we ended up looking for the small details that could be improved): incredible village, location of the house in this village at the top (near the beaches, shops, etc. and very quiet), renovated house with very good quality materials and attention to detail, everything is well equipped and very nicely decorated (clean style with a lot of character), special mention for the very comfortable garden deckchairs and the provision of bicycles (neither electric, nor new, nor in the best condition - but sufficient to enjoy the joy of moving without a car in the village). Recommended without so much as a second thought.

Very clean and perfectly equipped accommodation for 4 couples. Very good location, in a subdivision. A little overlooked when you're on the terrace, but nothing too bad. Nathalie was very responsive to our request for a classic coffee maker (with filters). Ideally located to visit 10 km around many tourist places. Lancieux is also a nice little town with several shops and access to the sea is indeed possible a 10-minute walk away. We had a great time with friends and I think we'll repeat the experience with our family. Thanks to Nathalie.

We had a great week with family at La Hunière. The house is comfortable, the living room is suitable for small children and the fireplace is very nice after a day at the beach (2 steps from the house!). A big thank you to Edouard and Madame Menard who were very responsive and accommodating. The area is beautiful and easy to discover from St Cast Le Guildo. We recommend it!

Such a relaxing stay in a beautiful home. Great location for exploring Brittany, so peaceful, light and airy. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed to have a home from home. Our dog absolutely loved his first holiday and we were all made to feel so welcome. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house, tastefully decorated. Everything is thought out with care, both inside and out, where the equipment is really great, especially for children. The location is ideal, quiet but close to everything. A big thank you to Pascal and Pascale, very available and always attentive to our needs. A wonderful, small and cozy town house in a great location to explore Dinard and also St Malo via the local ferry. The place was perfect for our needs over a few days. Nicolas was a great host and they have taken great pride in creating a great place to stay and enjoy your holiday.

Great vacation, fell in love with Brittany right away, which was mainly due to the house and the location. We and the children immediately felt at home in the lovingly decorated rooms. In the kitchen, we were not only delighted by the induction stove and the dishwasher. Otherwise, no wish was left unfulfilled. We particularly enjoyed the evenings in the sun in front of the pretty cottage.

Thank you for your lovely welcome to this peaceful retreat. Everything was as described, the house is very well equipped perfect for two couples. The accommodation is located a stone's throw from the GR34 in a peaceful location. We were lucky enough to observe the local fauna and flora there for the pleasure of the eyes (doe, pheasant, hare). We'll be happy to go back!
