Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Renovated in 2024, it offers a 100 m² garden and a large 40 m² south-facing terrace. Set in a quiet lane, just steps from the beach, shops, bakery and restaurants, it is perfect for family or friends’ holidays on the Emerald Coast. Carefully renovated, this is our family holiday home and European base.

The house on the quay, a small house near the Pointe du Béchet, is ideally located in the village of Saint-Jacut: 5 minutes' walk to the Grande Rue, 5 minutes' walk to the beaches of Béchet and Haas. This 45 m2 refurbished and very well-equipped studio will delight you with its "cozy" atmosphere and small garden, in a quiet area. The space is completely open and the beds are on the mezzanine.
