Alexandra's house was everything the five of us, a 17-month-old child, her parents, a grandfather and an aunt, could have wished for, comfortable rooms, a spacious cooking area, a secluded and fully-enclosed garden, with a BBQ, delightful al fresco sitting and dining areas, and last, but certainly not least, a glorious pool, greatly enjoyed by all 5 of us. Ploubalay is a small town/large-ish village that has every kind of shop we needed, and is close to some lovely seaside places like StJacut and St Briac. St Malo and Mont St Michel are under an hour away, but it would be wise to get to both early, because of the crowds. Parking at St Malo is a nightmare, but why bother when Lancieux and St Lunaire are closer and easier, and there's a lovely pool and a boule piste outside your own back door? We thoroughly recommend this as a holiday home.

Very nice stay, the accommodation is very clean, the place is peaceful and the pool is a plus.

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a little conversation. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful heath. The coast is amazing! The swimming pool, finally, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a little sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are quality. Only downside, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we did not have hot water for the last 2 days without the problem being resolved.

Very clean place that fits perfectly with the listing published. The place is beautiful and quiet, very close to Lancieux, Dinard and Cap Frehel. Thanks to Nathalie for the advice she gave us on places to visit.

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

Very pleasant week's stay at the Etang Quihouas cottage, which we highly recommend. Hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, exceptional amenities...Nothing is missing. So we feel good at the cottage... And Marien, close to the house, is very responsive and ready to help us and let us enjoy her good strawberries of the moment... Only downside, the weather that did not allow us to enjoy the small flower garden and its great outdoor facilities. A property to remember and share.

We loved our stay at Sylvie's house. It is a lovely place and the short walk to the beach down the lane (plage Vauvert) is fantastic. We also walked around the peninsula and to the Chateau du Guildo. Would recommend. Only drawback is the stairs to the upstairs rooms are difficult to climb and there is no bannister, so only advisable for people who are very sure footed.

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. For our daughter, everything was on site. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are nice coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. What a great stay! Beautiful quiet house. We stayed 3 days, so we couldn't enjoy and see everything this beautiful area has to offer but we will definitely come back! The house is perfect for two with a jacuzzi to end the day after 16 km of walking. Everything is very clean, well thought out and really very charming. A big thank you to Anne for her availability. Exceptional place. The view is beautiful. The house is very nice and typical. Beautiful renovation. access to the house is complicated. The street is narrow and not one-way.... no direct access from the street to the grounds. Access by entrance door, there are steps... Overall we had a nice stay

Nice bright house, everything is new, clean, well maintained, well equipped. We stayed with our baby and he particularly enjoyed the high chair. Everything is easily reachable by foot, with the stroller. However, the house is located on a busy street, a little noisier at night. But a big plus for parking!

The place is great, clean comfortable and well equipped, the use of the garage for bikes or motorcycles was a bonus, the town has all the facilities you need yet the house is quiet and well situated. Benedicte couldn’t have been more helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to friends or family and would certainly use again if I return to the area, many thanks to all concerned

A wonderful, small and cozy town house in a great location to explore Dinard and also St Malo via the local ferry. The place was perfect for our needs over a few days. Nicolas was a great host and they have taken great pride in creating a great place to stay and enjoy your holiday.

We liked the small but very cozy house very much. It was very clean and lovingly furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious and modern! The only downside was the very small couch...with 5 people you can't actually stay in the living area...but the beautiful garden offers enough space, which is very pleasant in good weather. The location is nice and quiet yet within walking distance to the bakery and supermarket. The nearby beaches are very nice and at least empty in the low season. Audrey and her family were very kind and accommodating and always helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back!
