A short stay with friends that we wanted near Carcassonne and quiet to meet in the evening. That's what we found. 3 large bedrooms, clean, comfortable and air-conditioned. A large living room that allows you to meet at 6. A very large exterior that lives by the cicadas and a small appreciable hot tub for soaking and chatting .

We had a great time at Monique & Charly's. The place was spotless and everything was perfect. The area is superb and Saint-Papoul is quite easy to access. The bakery in the village, 50 m away and the grocery store offer very good quality products. The hospitality and kindness of Charly & Monique were also very much appreciated ;-) - in short, we had a very nice week, with quite a few visits & hikes and were able to enjoy the heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and bowling alley in front of the house. Thank you.

We had a great time. Olivier and his wife are very responsive. The accommodation matches the listing perfectly. The water in the Jacuzzi is actually replaced. Its change from some air BNB.

The description of the place was completely accurate, and we found everything exactly as it was described. Communication with the host was also outstanding. Amazing location with endless views of water and nature. Denys was incredibly helpful and timely in his communications and he carried a translator which was super helpful with our basic French. The outdoor space had a variety of setups for wind and sun. We could walk or the door for exercise and enjoying spring nature. The vegetable basket from his local garden was so appreciated! Very welcoming and thoughtful hosts throughout the stay for us and our four-legged friends. Special mention for the generously offered tomatoes in the garden! The accommodation is clean, ideally equipped which makes it possible to lighten the suitcases and have a serene stay while enjoying. The location is perfect, close to the town center and its amenities (supermarket, bakery, bar/restaurant) and close to the different surrounding towns (Le Barcarès, Canet en Roussillon, Perpignan).

The stay went perfectly. We were in a cocoon of sweetness, timeless, for this evening/night spent with the family. Louise was responsive (we booked in the morning for the same evening) and always very kind in all our exchanges.

We had three wonderful days! The place is lovely with its stone walls and insert! The accommodation is very well positioned and allows you to quickly reach the different places of interest in the area in 30 minutes by car.

This place was amazing for my family, we had my 8month old with us and the house is a perfect set up for babies. location was great on getting about places. Oliver sent over recommendations which were perfect for us and was also extremely flexible on checking out with our little one. perfect family place.

The house is splendid, the rooms are very large, the bathroom is large which suited us because we were accompanied by a person with reduced mobility in a wheelchair ♿️ and the shower area was very nice, the kitchen is very well equipped and the environment is just happiness, the only thing was the weather but we still enjoyed it between two showers

Beautiful and large building perfectly renovated in a peaceful haven. Located in the countryside surrounded by mountains, in a dream environment for nature lovers. The interior of the house is large and perfectly arranged to allow everyone to have their privacy. Laurence and son.mari are friendly, welcoming and discreet. "A good rating " also to Muriel who welcomed us and was able to be available , kind and efficient. I would highly recommend this beautiful rental.
