This very old & traditional Morvan building offers you all the comforts of its 122 m² (1,313 sq. ft.) of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. A fully enclosed garden / courtyard with dining and/or relaxation area with sunbeds, which can also safely accommodate cars and/or motorcycles.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places of healing, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. A popular destination for hikers and mountain bikers, the GRP "Tour du Morvan" crosses Ménessaire. We are located 10 km from Lac des Settons and equidistant from Autun and Saulieu (25 km)

It is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers where every season has its advantages.

Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation with a remarkable view. Our cottage has two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed and bedroom 2 with two single beds. The kitchen has all the basic amenities, and you can relax in the seating area and enjoy a good meal at the table.
