Just 10 minutes from the Route des Grands Crus and 20 minutes from Beaune, this old barn has been fully renovated with high-end details, blending old-world charm with modern comfort. This family home features 5 bedrooms and 10 beds. Our property won the 2025 Family Friendly award from the LCD Awards, recognizing the best family-friendly vacation rentals.

A large authentic style manor, located between the vineyards of Beaune and those of the “Côte Chalonnaise”, spacious enough to welcome your family or friends and discover the great wines, gastronomy and charm of Burgundy and its villages. This old vineyard house with a lot of character can easily accommodate up to 14 people. There is a heated pool with large terraces that offers lovely views accross the park. The pool is equipped with a safety cover and an outdoor pool shower.

Bourguignonne house, renovated in 2024 with the charm of old stones and beams. We have 4 bedrooms with double beds and in addition 3 convertibles. The house is very comfortable for 8 people and sleeps a maximum of 14 people. Ideal house for large families and friends. You can celebrate birthdays, Christmas or bachelorette/bachelor parties in comfort. This estate has a beautiful cellar where you can enjoy a private wine tasting. Rates on request.

BREAKFAST INCLUDED (very rare). The house is located in a very quiet small valley near the historic town of BEAUNE. From the village you will visit the world-renowned vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus. Nearby you will discover the historic sites of Clunysois, Tournus, the route of the Romanesque Churches, the many castles or the Morvan Natural Park. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

In a peaceful village of 200 inhabitants, between vineyards and Morvan, the small house offers an ideal location to visit Burgundy (28 km from Beaune, 28 km from Autun, 30 km from Chalon sur Saône, 1 hour from Dijon). Located 480 meters above sea level, the village of St Gervais sur Couches offers stunning views and is the starting point for multiple hikes or bike tours (possibility to store them in a safe place).

Located amid vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
