If you want to find the essentials while enjoying maximum comfort without noise,this small house at the door of the Atlantic (20 minutes from Les Sables d 'Olonne) is a perfect place to recharge your batteries. Without any overlook and fully at your disposal,it is synonymous with relaxation ( the hot tub is fully involved). Nature lovers see you soon. Pets are allowed for a maximum of 2 as long as they accompany you when traveling. Unenclosed land.

Studio with mezzanine

Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a wooded and peaceful park. We would like to point out that the room is on the Mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo). Possibility of walking around a large pond or we provide a boat for a relaxing moment on the water. 3 min drive to Beaulieu sous la Roche (bakery, supermarket...), 25 min to Les Sables d'Olonne and its beaches, 1 hour to Puy du Fou and access to the Chemin du GR at the doors of the studio

Price displayed excluding cleaning: 100€ (if house not returned in condition). In July and August, rental by the week.
