Very nice new accommodation, 2 beds in 160, perfect for 2 couples with 2 children. The proximity to the Puy du Fou was perfect (15/20min drive) Well-equipped and functional kitchen and nice bathroom, we did not lack anything and are delighted with our stay

A very good warm welcome! Very good ideas to complete the stay with breakfast proposal and pet care if needed. We were able to spend a peaceful day at the Puy du Fou, easily accessible from the accommodation, while our dog enjoyed the garden. Good tips for walks or sightseeing. The accommodation was perfect for our stay, clean, well decorated and spacious for a studio. We recommend it!

clean, well-decorated accommodation. all the necessary items are available, cellophane, cotton, cotton swab, laundry, tea, coffee, it's nice to have everything available for a short stay because we're not going to pack our suitcase and we're not going to do a lot of shopping. The only thing that bothered me is the front door which is not at all secure because it has a bad lock and has a hole blocked with tape so between the insecurity and the soundproofing the front door really deserves to be changed.

We had a great weekend in the accommodation which is very clean and functional We thank Catherine for letting us know that buses are free on weekends,which made it easier for us to get around. We will definitely be back again again

Excellent, I felt right at home, great, 8 min walk from the train station and 10 min walk from the city center. Clean accommodation on arrival, it smelled good (I'm a bit obsessive so I pay attention to this detail) Nicolas and Aurélia are very responsive and kind. They agreed to give me an extra hour in the accommodation for late checkout because my train was leaving a little later. I'll be back, that's for sure. Thanks again! Christelle

My best Airbnb experience!! Annie France is an absolutely adorable host, who was very kind to my very late check-in schedule. The house is beautiful and the space dedicated to tenants is secluded enough from the house to enjoy a space at all. I would recommend it without a second thought!!

We stayed 1 night because we had to take a flight the next morning at 6 a.m. Family of 5, impeccable for 1 night. Jeremy was great, responds to messages quickly, he is clear in his explanations for accessing the accommodation. It's a connected lock, I didn't know about it and we got there without any problems. Jeremy had put out coffee pods for the next morning and that's very nice!!!! The must is the location because it's close to Nantes and especially 5 minutes from the airport! I highly recommend it and when we leave, we'll be back with pleasure.
