Monthly Rentals in Saint Gennys

We had a family get together over the Easter weekend. Katy's place was quiet and peaceful, a little off the beaten track but she provided us with very clear instructions on how to get there. Katy was a welcoming host; she recommended local walks and a great pub where we had Sunday lunch. The house was warm, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We had a great stay.

A warm and cosy place to stay, Wharrastone had everything we needed for a lovely, peaceful winter break. We already know the area well and Jacqui’s place was a great place to stay- clean, comfortable and homely. Thanks for the welcoming bottle of wine and milk in the fridge- it was very much appreciated.

Wonderful location with great views over the sea and a woodland to the back. Very cosy, warm and well-appointed property with everything you could need (including plenty of torches for navigating outside at night!). Tamsin was a friendly, responsive host who left helpful and clear instructions. We brought our greyhound and found the bungalow and the village very dog friendly. Great pub and cafes right by the beach!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Francis Cottage. The view is spectacular and the cottage is extremely comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is well-stocked and very clean. Very grateful for the cream tea when we arrived. The hosts were so gracious in welcoming us, but also gave us our privacy. We walked from the cottage up to the coastal path, where a huge group of cows gave us a delightful welcome. The sunset from there was stunning. Highly recommend the Boscastle Farmshop -- the setting is unbelievable. And, if you're willing to go a little further afield and want to step into the past, cannot recommend highly enough the Rectory Tea Rooms in Morwenstowe (also check out the church next door -- fascinating history). Also loved the Kew Inn (the setting on a lovely spring day is so charming) and the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery for Sunday Roast in Lostwithiel. Would definitely return to the Francis Cottage again and again. Thank you for everything!
