Very clean and convenient apartment for a short stay. It is very well located, which allowed us to do a lot of things on foot. The little extra for us is that our four-legged friends are accepted. We'll be back😊.

Mohammad, although absent, was very attentive to ensuring that our stay went well by messages and responded immediately when we contacted him. The apartment is spacious, very pleasant and quiet. Good place that I can recommend.

We had a great time at the apartment which perfectly matched the photos and information we had before our arrival. David and his teams were very helpful in preparing for our arrival by providing an internet page dedicated to our accommodation with all the useful information, also about the key places nearby (for ski equipment, outings, walks, available services, etc.) We will definitely be back!

Staying at Andrea’s place was excellent. The apartment had what I exactly need since I just moved to Geneva. The pictures do not give the apartment fare justice. It is renovated and feels like home. Andrea was super great and the communication with him was smooth and responded promptly (he even left me a welcome and thoughtful gift!). I had no issues at all. The location was super great and I loved the neighborhood to the the extent that I looked for an apartment around the area. I definitely recommend booking with Andrea.

The accommodation is very nice, spacious. A sublime view. For 5 people, it's perfect. A fence suitable for our dog. Private parking, all the shops nearby, beautiful villages to visit, quick access to the lake. Old Town Annecy is a 10-minute drive away. An excellent restaurant within walking distance of the port bistro. Julien and Sébastien hosted us very well. That's it, a memorable stay. To be recommended without hesitation. Emmanuel.

Very nice place! Loft spirit, modern and clean. The outdoor terrace is a real plus. We used the gas grill, much appreciated. As mentioned in some reviews, no rooms closed but the pull-out bed in the living room is very convenient and the mezzanine spacious. Maryline was flexible with our check-in and checkout. Definitely recommend!

Very warm house. Ideal for families or groups of friends. Very clean. Quality bedding. Games available for kids. Simple and easy communication with the host. 15 minutes to walk to Clairevaux. Good amenities as well. Really a very pleasant long weekend. I would recommend this host and we will be happy to return no doubt.

We arrived and left late. The host was very accommodating about it. The TV was a good size and had Netflix. We only stayed 2 nights and only ate in restaurants. The kitchen looked clean and properly equipped even though we didn't use it. They want you to take out the trash and remove the linens. I find that a bit annoying since you also pay a cleaning fee, but those are their rules and they're not completely unreasonable. The bike path is easily accessible which was important to us.

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, and our host, Marie, was incredibly kind. I had a truly comfortable stay, making unforgettable memories. Even without a car, getting around was easy with the bicycles she provided and the available bus service. If you’re looking for breathtaking scenery, a peaceful, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I highly recommend this place. Every day felt like a dream. As all the others reviewers say, this is an exceptionally good BnB! Well located, spotlessly clean, and very well equippped. Carine and Paul are very warm and welcoming hosts, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response to any question I had. We strongly recommend this place, especially if you have a car. We will surely visit again :)

Apartment with all the amenities you need. It feels good right away . Small balcony well exposed with lake views and close to all amenities and the lake. Ski resort accessible in a short time. A busy street nearby but not too inconvenient. Very pleasant welcome. Very successful stay.

Very good location, at the foot of Lake LEMAN, you really have everything nearby, the accommodation is excellent. Very well equipped, the beds very comfortable, you just have to park your vehicle and enjoy all the activities of this pretty city. Thanks to Morgan for hosting us and for being available.

Sylvie’s apartment is perfect for exploring Annecy and the local area. All areas are walkable and the flat is a comfortable and cosy space to come back to after a day of exploring. Sylvie is very accommodating and responsive and no stone is left unturned to make sure the flat is homely. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone else in the future!
