Appartement très propre et pratique pour un court séjour. Il est très bien situé, ce qui nous a permis de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Le petit plus pour nous, c'est que nos amis à 4 pattes sont acceptés. Nous reviendrons 😊.

Mohammad, bien qu'absent, a été très attentif à ce que notre sejour se passe bien par messages et a répondu immédiatement quand on s'est adressé à lui. L'appartement est spacieux, très agréable et tranquille. Bonne adresse que je peux recommander.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement qui correspondait parfaitement aux photos et informations que nous avions eu en amont de notre arrivée. David et ses équipes ont été d’une grande aide dans la préparation de notre arrivée en mettant à disposition une page internet dédié à notre logement avec toutes les infos utiles, également concernant les lieux clés à proximité (pour l’équipement de ski, les sorties, les balades, les services disponibles, etc.) Nous reviendrons certainement !

Staying at Andrea’s place was excellent. The apartment had what I exactly need since I just moved to Geneva. The pictures do not give the apartment fare justice. It is renovated and feels like home. Andrea was super great and the communication with him was smooth and responded promptly (he even left me a welcome and thoughtful gift!). I had no issues at all. The location was super great and I loved the neighborhood to the the extent that I looked for an apartment around the area. I definitely recommend booking with Andrea.

Le logement est très chouette., spacieux. Une vue sublime. Pour 5 personnes, c’est parfait. Une clôture adaptée pour notre chien. Un parking privé, tous les commerces à proximité, de beaux villages à visiter, l’accès au lac rapide. La vieille ville d’Annecy est à 10 minutes de voiture. Un restaurant excellent accessible à pied le bistrot du port’. Julien et Sébastien nous ont très bien accueilli. Voilà, séjour mémorable. À recommander sans hésitation. Emmanuel.

Très beau logement ! Esprit loft, moderne et propre. La terrasse extérieure est un vrai plus. Nous avons utilisé le barbecue à gaz, très appréciable. Comme mentionné dans certains commentaires, aucune chambre fermée mais le lit escamotable dans le salon est très pratique et la mezzanine spacieuse. Maryline a été souple pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Je recommande chaudement !

Maison très chaleureuse. Ideale pour séjourner en famille ou entre amis. Très propre. Literies de qualité. Des jeux à disposition pour les enfants. Communication simple et facile avec l'hôte. 15 minutes pour se balader à pieds jusqu'à Clairevaux. Equipements bien également. Vraiment un très agréable long weekend. Je recommande cet hôte et nous aurons plaisir à revenir sans doute.

We arrived and left late. The host was very accommodating about it. The TV was a good size and had Netflix. We only stayed 2 nights and only ate in restaurants. The kitchen looked clean and properly equipped even though we didn't use it. They want you to take out the trash and remove the linens. I find that a bit annoying since you also pay a cleaning fee, but those are their rules and they're not completely unreasonable. The bike path is easily accessible which was important to us.

Very spacious and comfortable, in an excellent position in the beautiful old town, on the lake. Ivan was a wonderful host, very accommodating and helpful with suggestions. Highly recommended.

Très bel emplacement, avec une vue splendide sur le lac. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue, comme l'aménagement du chalet, alors que nous y avons passé les vacances de Noël, en grande partie a l'intérieur.

The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, and our host, Marie, was incredibly kind. I had a truly comfortable stay, making unforgettable memories. Even without a car, getting around was easy with the bicycles she provided and the available bus service. If you’re looking for breathtaking scenery, a peaceful, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I highly recommend this place. Every day felt like a dream. Thank you so much—I would love to visit again!

As all the others reviewers say, this is an exceptionally good BnB! Well located, spotlessly clean, and very well equippped. Carine and Paul are very warm and welcoming hosts, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response to any question I had. We strongly recommend this place, especially if you have a car. We will surely visit again :)

Appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut dedans. On s'y s'en bien tout de suite . petit balcon bien exposé avec la vue sur le lac et proche de toute commodité et du du lac. Station de ski accessible en peu de temps. Une rue un peu passante à coté mais pas trop gênante. Accueil très agréable-Séjour très réussi

Très bon emplacement, au pied du Lac LEMAN, vous avez vraiment tout a proximité, le logement est top Très bien équipée, les lits très confortables, vous avez juste a garer votre véhicule et profitez de l'ensemble des activités de cette jolie ville. Merci a Morgan de son accueil et de sa disponibilité.

Sylvie’s apartment is perfect for exploring Annecy and the local area. All areas are walkable and the flat is a comfortable and cosy space to come back to after a day of exploring. Sylvie is very accommodating and responsive and no stone is left unturned to make sure the flat is homely. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone else in the future!
