Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. River View Cottage is directly on the River in The Loire Valley...close to all the Vineyards and Famous Chateaux's, where you may enjoy using our Paddle Boards and Kayak to explore or have a massage to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. There is excellent fishing from our private dock ! Small, friendly dogs under 5kg Only !! are welcome, as we have a very small Yorkshire Terrier who will want to play and be best friends with your dog...

The 70 m² gîte in total will welcome you with all the comforts. The fully equipped kitchen, (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop...). On the ground floor, there is the living room, the bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a 160 double bed and a storage room. Upstairs, the mezzanine living room with TV will allow you to relax. You will also find 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a separate toilet.

It enjoys exclusive use of the 8m x 4m heated pool in the months June to September, making this a lovely holiday destination. The grounds are approached via blue iron gates onto a large gravel driveway with parking within the grounds. The whole area is fenced and gated, making it safe for children to play.
