Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Saint Francis

The place was fantastic and unique. The parking spot helped a lot. It was nice to access through both through the inside of the apartment and in the shopping center. Lots to do around there. They were also very responsive to any needs I had.

We were in the Milwaukee area for our son’s graduation from UWM. This location nice and close to the campus, without being the right in the heart of busyness. This street was pretty quiet, which we enjoyed. Access to the garage was behind the house in an alley, but very easy to get to. The house was clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, and Karen was always quick to respond to messages! Very happy with our stay!

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb that was a part of someone's home when they were home. While I was nervous at first, this was a fantastic experience! Check in and check out was easy, the hosts ensured a private experience, the vibes and decor were top tier! The snacks and toiletries were great to have available. I truly wish we had more time to spend here, thanks so much for a great stay!

Had a great stay at Peter’s place, easy to find, easy to get in to, short walking distance to Tenuta’s and a there is lot to do in Bayview. I would definitely stay at his place again.

Ryan's place was good and very close to the city, beaches and cafes. Only issue we ran into was kitchen power went out while cooking dinner. When we reached out. Ryan was quick enough to help us with the instructions to bring power back up. Overall, good place to stay which was within our budget.

Cam & Sarah were super responsive. They answered all inquiries quickly. They were kind enough to lend me a yoga mat and to help me carry my suitcase upstairs when I arrived. Access instructions were easy and clear, as were checkout instructions. This property was in a great location for me as my son lives a ten-minute walk away. It's near a bunch a coffee shops and restaurants. There's a small grocery store nearby. A gift certificate for $10 off the restaurant downstairs was a nice touch. A couple of things to be aware of are: 1). The steep, long staircase could be problematic for some; 2). There was a strong smell in the apartment (maybe cleaning fluid) that bothered me. It didn't go away by opening the windows. But on the other hand my son and my daughter-in-law could not smell it, though my other son could. Overall: great location and responsive hosts.

Located in a quiet community with a market nearby, I am happy with my stay. The host makes it like home. There's natural park nearby which is also worth visiting.

Wonderful hosts and a fabulous stay! Location was great and the place is truly lovely. Lots of character and those that work onsite were lovely. This was our first visit to Milwaukee and we fell in love with the city. So clean, the people were amazing, great food and drink scene. Parking wasn’t an issue at all - thank you for the details on where we could park only one street over for our full stay. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us!

Had a really nice visit to Mackenzie's place. Home was perfect for our visit and Mackenzie was an awesome host. Wish we could have stayed for a couple more nights.

This Airbnb was so cozy and clean! Beautifully decorated as well! The host was super friendly and had lots of great recommendations. Great location, lots of bars and restaurants near by. Quick and easy walk! Would certainly stay here again if in the area!

I had a wonderful stay. The location is peaceful and situated well. The place was also clean and exactly as described. Tyler was very proactive and made sure that my stay was nothing short of excellent. Highly recommended.

Jean‘s House is charming—it was very clean and comfortable. Woodwork was beautiful and so many of the original features of the home have been kept in excellent condition or renovated to make it a great mixture of a vintage aesthetic with the modern comforts. You cannot do without a car if staying here. But if you have a car it’s a convenient base for doing things in Milwaukee. Great list of recommendations (At Random is a great little cocktail venue).

Ryan’s place was super nice and very well located near multiple locations you could need. It was extremely clean inside and felt comfortable, well maintained and had a good vibe inside. Quiet neighborhood and surrounding area as well. Ryan was a great host, very helpful at all times with anything needed and gave local/favorite restaurants suggestions. Very communicative and responsive and would absolutely stay again and recommend if you’re in the area!

Our stay was wonderful, and we'd highly recommend it when visiting the Milwaukee area. The house is clean and very comfortable. If you're traveling with a dog, it can't get much better as it's just a block walk up to beautiful Humboldt Park. The area is fun with a lot of walkable restaurants and other shops. We even caught the farmer's market down on the lake which was amazing. We met a really nice neighbor, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It was a nice home away from home. I hope to stay here again next visit to Milwaukee. Thank you!

Our stay at Michael's place was memorable and lovely. We were in town to attend a music performance by my son's band at Anodyne Walker's Point. In addition, our crew of friends and family helped to move my son into a new condo. This condo happened to be 3 blocks away from Michael's place. Serendipity... Michael's home could not have been more suitable for a small birthday celebration (for me). The beds were so darn cozy that I booked an extra 2 nights after the friends and family departed. It felt really peaceful.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays! We loved the historical items in the house, especially the laundry chute, milk delivery door, etc. We felt right at home, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Plus, Justin left us a surprise snack. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

This is among my top 3 Airbnb stays. The location was near lots of attractions in MKE, spacious and comfortable with lots of seating, had a modern kitchen with plenty of working space and some condiments readily available, the beds were comfy, and there were lots of amenities. It was easy to feel right at home, and we were also able to enjoy time in the sun in the large yard. The next time my family is in MKE, I plan on looking for this place again.

The layout of unit 3 was exactly as described. It was spacious and perfect for our group of 10. There were plenty of towels, 12-cup coffee pot, and the laundry area was easily accessible. There are quite a few stairs but it was beautiful to have a balcony and sit out and drink your cup of coffee. We were 10 minutes driving distance from all our planned activities.

It was a fantastic place. Russell & Dina were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

10/10 recommend staying here! Exactly like the pictures and was incredibly clean! It was the cutest, coziest place for a girls weekend. Coffee shop within walking distance and several restaurants and other local shops all within walking distance. Short drive to downtown Cedarburg. We loved it!!

The place was fantastic, had a lovely stay Amy and David were fantastic with communication! the parking was easy once we figured out how to use the card (you need to hold it for about 3 seconds over the ticket machine. great location if you have transportation handy!

Once we landed in Milwaukee, we texted Jodi to let her know when we expected to arrive at her place. She quickly responded that she had some errands but provided the entry code and made us feel welcome. We got settled in and then she reached out via text to let us know she had returned. She came up to meet us in person and helped us understand the city requirements for parking on the street. She had already provided the URL to the registration site and just made sure we were comfortable with what needed to be done. She later informed me that I'd parked on the wrong side of the street so that I could move the vehicle so that it didn't get a ticket. I appreciated that. We were out and about most of the time we were there. The notes that she had placed throughout were very helpful. The booklet that she printed was very clear and her expectations were reasonable and easy to meet. It's an older home, but very quaint and pretty cool.

We had a fantastic long weekend at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the area – everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach. The place itself was wonderful; clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
