On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. The studio is very well arranged, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (induction stove, fridge, combined microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo and kettle). The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 140 x 200 bed, an AndroidTV, a wardrobe and a dining table and a shower room. Non-smoking accommodation.

Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. The cottage is in the countryside, 400 m from a village, within a property of 2 hectares with swimming pool It is 15 km from Nantes and 35 minutes from the ocean. The swimming pool is available to guests and children, exclusively under parental supervision. It is reserved only for our customers. Dogs allowed subject to behavior. Price €5/day Worker rate €45/night for 1 person (minimum 4 nights) €20 per additional person

Studio of 28 m2 completely renovated. Quiet in the village of Cordemais, close to a supermarket, bakery and bar, tobacco, press. Ideal for 2 people, but possibility of staying up to 4 people with an extra charge of €10 per night for the use of the sofa bed, for the supply of the necessary linen and the tourist tax.
