At the entrance of the Audubon Marshes and a 5-minute walk from the village and the train station, our 38 m² all-wood chalet has a bedroom and a living area with its equipped kitchen (combined microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, etc.). The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

Take a break, relax in this former workshop, former creative, DIY cabin. I deliberately keep the spirit simple of all amenities, back to basics, take the time, without complication. In the center of my garden, the cabin is placed in the cool shade of the linden tree, with the song of the birds, the knock-knock-knock of the green woodpecker, the flight of the storks… a quiet stay. Very quiet place in the countryside, easy to discover, near Nantes, not far from the Côte d'Amour.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. You will stay for your leisure (or professionally) in a wing of the building, in an exceptional setting. We will be happy to share with you the history of this beautiful Folie Nantaise, located at the gates of Sucé-sur-Erdre (the town center is 300 meters away) and yet nestled in a setting of wild nature with its wooded park of 2 hectares and private access to the Erdre.
