Beachfront vacation rentals in Saint-Denis-d'Oléron

The place is ideally located. Close to the beach and essential shops. We were with our 2 children, it is close to a playground, perfect for a ride every day. Listing matches photos, well-equipped, quite spacious. The patio is a real plus with kids when it rains;)

The house and its services met our expectations. Anaïs was extremely responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt very comfortable in the house and found it to be an excellent welcome. We booked the day before for the next day, Anaïs was extremely accommodating.

The place was clean when we arrived. We did not lack anything during our stay. The little extra, cleaning and sheets included in the rental as well as the geographical location. In addition, Bruno is very responsive when needed. So it's very helpful.

We have been coming to the Ile de Ré for 47 years and know many houses. We particularly liked the house in Les Portes. It is almost directly on the sea (3 minutes), has enough space even for a larger family (we were six people, a room for two more people was still available), the kitchen is super equipped, the living areas are also spacious and distributed for eight people in such a way that you can also get out of the way. We especially liked to use the conservatory. The two garden areas in front of and behind the house are large, also our dog was able to move freely, as the property is completely walled or provided with a fence. We were there for four weeks and will be happy to come back. Even better would of course be to go on the Ile de Ré and stay there permanently. This house would be suitable for this.

The place met our expectations. Sarah gave us clear information about our arrival and departure. We were even able to enjoy the accommodation before the scheduled time which was very appreciated. The small garden with its small wooden terrace is really a plus for lunch outside. The residence is well designed and very well maintained and flowered . We really enjoyed the bed linen provided as well as the cleaning products. This little house is very nice and well designed. We had a pleasant stay.

100 meters from the ocean , a nice , quiet, comfortable , clean house. Top-notch equipment with laundry dryer and dishwasher . Stéphanie responded quickly to every request . Very nice welcome by Déborah . Excellent stay! Thank you again.

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

What a great experience! We booked the place in March and the weather was with us. We had a great week off in this beautifully renovated home. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from a supermarket, local market (fishmonger, greengrocer, wines, oysters, etc.), restaurant and bike rental. The sea is literally next to the house (with 2 benches that are very convenient for improvised relaxation at any time). The accommodation is well-equipped: TV in each room (4!), soundbar, internet box, 3 comfortable sofas, auxiliary lamps, jacuzzi, ... The criticisms I read in the comments have either been corrected or were false: the beds did not make noise, the accommodation has a washing machine and dryer, the nightclub (high season) does not disturb the locals more than that, ... I dare not imagine the happiness of this accommodation in mid-season with temperatures allowing the use of the pool and plancha :o) Go for it!

Need we say more about the villa that Marie offers? You can come without a second thought. Everything is spotless. I'm looking for a flaw to reproach him but I couldn't find anything:-) We will return to the island of Oléron, and it will be at Marie's. Thank you Marie for everything

Beautiful home in Loix. Walkable to town center for the market, restaurants. Loix is quiet and peaceful and the busier villages are easily accessible by bicycle. Pool is lovely. Would happily stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Florence and Christophe's. Very clean accommodation and as described. Close to shops. Perfect for a few days on the island. We'll be happy to go back!! See you soon!!

Absolutely wonderful house! Highly recommend. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, you can find all you need for a lovely stay in the beautiful île de re. There is a daily market 5minutes bike ride, and a supermarket. The swimming pool is delightful, heated, the house offers 2 space for sleeping, on in the main house with 2 bedrooms and one in a side building with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which makes is very well suited for 2 families. Thanks a lot to our hosts that made us feel like at home.

It's wow from the entrance!!! Tastefully decorated. The indoor patio is welcoming. The sea is at the end of the street It's quiet . A place to remember. 🤩

Fantastic holiday, stunning villa and really well equipped. We loved the pool and bbq was great too. Excellent location with easy access on bike to Saint Martin de Ré and also great beaches like Gros Joncs. Sad to leave!

This house has a very special, family-like, warm atmosphere. It is very well equipped, you can find everything there! The bed is very cozy... the shower is nice. The decor is nice. In addition to the house, we enjoyed its location in a beautiful small residence, in the wooded dunes and 5 min from the beach. Also well located for visiting the island.

Accommodation as described, beach, accessible in two minutes, unsupervised, without being crowded with people. I recommend a stay at Sandrine's, apartment in a quiet residence.

Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

The house is really lovely and we had a great holiday. Prior to booking Caroline responded to all my queries literally within minutes. Romain met us when we arrived and showed us around. He was extremely helpful. Everything is of very good quality and feels like home. The house is in a very quiet and safe location literally a few minutes walk to the beach and to the town. There is plenty of parking either in the garage, in the front garden area, or on the road outside the house. The front and back garden areas are completely enclosed and safe which was important for our 2 very small dogs. The pool is spotlessly clean and lovely. We holidayed with with our adult children but there are lots of toys and games inside and outside for younger children. We were sad to leave!

The house is well situated nearby the center of Rivedoux village, close by to the bridge . The house is located in the border of the forest in a quiet neighborhood. The house is bright despite the low ceiling in the “retais” style. The fire place room was the favorite meeting place for board games, homework and late night discussions. With lot of corners and an elongated floor plan, everybody could find a private area to retreat. We had a really good winter holiday at Elisabeth and Dominque house. Thank you
