The house is really beautiful and the garden is huge, peaceful and perfect for children who like to run around. The location is tranquil and idyllic and a short drive from Lac Vert, which is like a perfect combination of a pool and a beach. Sophie was warm and friendly but very respectful of our privacy and space. It felt like our own private retreat. We would unreservedly recommend Sophie's beautiful house!

Travelling from New Zealand to stay three nights in this stunning little French village we found Thierry’s medieval cottage delightful. It is spacious and comfortable. We put the kitchen to good use and enjoyed having the opportunity to explore the village in the cool of the morning and evenings when many day trippers had left. The views from the village are truly stunning, and the car parking card a real bonus. Couple of tips, the staircase to bedroom is small and steep. We left our suitcases downstairs, taking whatever required up to bedroom /bathroom area. We would also highly recommend a stop at the supermarket before coming up to the village to collect any basics you may require as once settled in and parked it is a long walk back down the hill if you need some milk. We would highly recommend Thierry’s place and a stay in Saint Criq, a real experience not to be missed. Thierry’s information re location and access are superb! Making the visit extremely easy.

We had an amazing time at Richard and Philippe's! The benevolence and kindness of the hosts are as important as the accommodation. The place is peaceful, the gardens are splendid and very well maintained, the pool is ideal for resting after a day of walking. R&P know the best restaurants, activities, and places to visit! Every day we followed the recommendations and we were never disappointed. Let's not forget breakfast, Richard's cakes and Philippe's homemade jams are already missing. Save us a place for years to come! (and a big shout out to Thierry)

We had a wonderful stay at Elisabetta’s place . The buildings, site and interiors are so lovely and quaint and the place is convenient to explore both the Lot and Dordogne régions.

House with lots of character, very well-equipped and very beautiful potential perfectly exploited. Laurence and Jean-Michel are very welcoming, considerate and available. Jean-Michel, a passionate bakery enthusiast, has concocted excellent pastries and bread for our breakfast. (Order on request). Great place for a great relaxing time. Lots of picturesque villages to visit nearby. Thank you, and I look forward to returning.

We stayed here for a whole month, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment if perfect. It is very well equipped, spacious, warm and comfortable. It looks even better than in the pictures, and it was more spacious than we expected. Jerome is the perfect host, he was exceptionally friendly, very helpful and proactive the whole time. Communication with him was easy. He gave us some great tips about local programs, restaurants. The apartment is located at the edge of a wonderful little village, right next to the nature, you can see trees, flowers and sheeps from the window. Boissieres is a great central location if you wish to explore the Dordogne and Lot area. There are great hiking opportunities nearby. Do not hesitate to book this apartment, it is the perfect place to stay even for a longer period.

We had a lovely week at Martine and Alexis's place. The sun was there, which allowed us to make the most of it. The accommodation is very comfortable. Nothing is missing. Martine and Alexis are welcoming and friendly hosts. (Thanks again for the small touches found on our arrival). We highly recommend this rental.
