Pretty house with outdated charm in a quiet area a ten-minute walk from the center and the sea. The house is well equipped with all the desired amenities. Well placed to shine around as well. Joëlle and Marcel are very welcoming hosts, extremely responsive and very very accommodating. And as a bonus dog friendly! We had a great stay, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. It feels like home, the proximity to the beach allows you to walk there, which is perfect with children. The center of L'Épine is very close to the house. The private garden allows you to spend good times with family! A lovely vacation!

We had a lovely stay. The house is very pleasant and comfortable. There's nothing missing! Unfortunately, we regret poor concierge management... the house was not ready at the time we were offered to arrive: uncleaned plancha and pool and the person was still walking around the house to check that everything was in order.

This place is really nice,clean. It is within walking distance, right next to the sea. We had a lovely time with our children and grandchildren,very quiet and the grounds are closed. It's well designed with everything you need for a good time . Thanks to Luc and his nephews 😉

This was a perfect place on a perfect location! One stap away of a pretty beach, nice for swimming, and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The house is more then perfect and very cosy, the communication with Marc was good. We had to pay 70 euro on the spot for the cleaning of the house, but that was okay because there is no cleaning fee in the rental. Marc even rented us a bike for our son for little money and had also a bodyboard for him for free. We definitely can recommend this place!

Very beautiful villa ,ideally located in the heart of La Baule and one minute from the beach on foot.Laetitia is an incredible host, always available and very welcoming. We will come back without hesitation!

Beautiful and comfortable house, with a very nice view, quiet. The terrace and pool are very nice; we also enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, piano and plancha. You can walk to the old town of Guérande (small friendly market despite the crowds in August). Nearby hiking trail and bike paths. Many activities around Guérande, in addition to the beaches. Virginia is a thoughtful hostess. I would this property.

The Villa is really what you can call a "VILLA", everything is designed to make the most of the accommodation, everything is clean and new, my friends and I recommend this accommodation without moderation. Beautiful house, pleasant and very functional. Orelie's decoration is of great taste, colorful and full of charm. The garden and environment is very pleasant. The hosts are lovely and have a very good contact. In short, everything has been perfect!!!

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

An idyllic find in a peaceful, beautiful place. A real gem in terms of location, ambience, quiet. Could walk to local cafe, supermarket, beach and local crepe van. The swimming was incredible at high tide and we were lucky with sunny weather. Thank you so much for sharing your place
