500 m from the ocean

2-room apartment 500 m (5 min walk) from the beach and the city center of St Brevin-l'océan. We rent our furnished and equipped T2 of 36m2, independent of our home. The accommodation consists of a living room overlooking an open kitchen, a bedroom semi-open to the shower room, a separate toilet. Outside is a terrace equipped with a dining table, plancha, and a seating area overlooking a small well-kept garden. Free access to the heated family pool (from the end of April to September).

In a quiet, relaxing and zen setting, come and discover our 32 m2 outbuilding dedicated to our guests. Located 200 m from the beaches and 500 m from the village and its shops (Sunday market), you can do everything on foot. The outbuilding overlooks the 10/4 m swimming pool, with a depth of 1.20 m and heated from mid-May to September at 29° (space shared with us) A terrace is dedicated to you with table and chairs. Possibility to have access to the gazebo (wooden hut) and sun loungers.

Kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, dishwasher, combined oven, and integrated percolator coffee maker. The bed is on the mezzanine. This one has a very low ceiling, it's always warm! Terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs. Direct access to the heated pool and hammam. Ideal for a romantic getaway.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Composed of two houses (a large one with 8 beds and a small one with 4 beds), this property is quite suitable for several families with children. Enclosed grounds and cemented terrace ensuring security and tranquility. Shops are located close to the accommodation (Hyper U is a 5-minute walk; Leclerc is a 5-minute drive). Sunday and Thursday markets are within walking distance. The beach is 400 m away.

Access to our pool from May 1st to October 15th (heated UNTIL September 15th) Quiet and located 5 minutes by car from the port and beaches. INFORMATION: Not compatible with people who are allergic to cats. Our cat will give you some visits:) Please note non-smoking accommodation ashtray available for smoking on the terrace.
