2-room apartment 500 m (5 min walk) from the beach and the city center of St Brevin-l'océan. We rent our furnished and equipped T2 of 36m2, independent of our home. The accommodation consists of a living room overlooking an open kitchen, a bedroom semi-open to the shower room, a separate toilet. Outside is a terrace equipped with a dining table, plancha, and a seating area overlooking a small well-kept garden. Free access to the heated family pool (from the end of April to September).

The outbuilding overlooks the 10/4 m swimming pool, with a depth of 1.20 m and heated from mid-May to September at 29° (space shared with us) A terrace is dedicated to you with table and chairs.
