La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Everything is within walking distance! Market place, Place du Dauphin, Pornichet Station, Beaches... We live in an ultra peaceful cul-de-sac, absolutely quiet... On the ground floor of our house, independent, newly renovated and ultra-equipped (mobile air conditioning, dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, microwave, TV, fiber, 2 bicycles, 160 bed, desk...). Sheets and towels are not provided, but are available upon request. Our 17-year-old daughter offers to babysit your children.

Ty Bihan (~40 m2) accommodates 2 to 6 people. Beach 700 m away, train station 3 min away, bike rental and supermarket 50 m away. Bedroom with double bed and twin beds, living room with sofa bed. Baby equipment is available (no need to overload the car!) Kitchen: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher (parents are on vacation!). Children will find games for quiet moments and beach games to play with their feet in the water. Beautiful days are coming!

If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car.
