Loved my two months in Martin's bachelor's degree. It is fully equipped, in addition to the main room, it has a living room and a desk to work. Good location, it allows you to visit the Laurentians region. Martin is a very welcoming, discreet and attentive host to our needs. Highly recommend it!

Daniel's Alpine Retreat is a wonderful and cozy place to call home. From the moment you walk in, you will be greeted with the warmth you'd expect from a mountain chalet. The descriptions and pictures in the listing are accurate. At the time of our stay, there weren't any pictures of the bathroom but the bathroom has been recently renovated with a beautiful and spacious bath tub/shower. There was plenty of linens and hot water available to make our stay more than comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped to handle most culinary endeavours. Daniel is a wonderful host that prides himself on taking care of his guests. He's available to answer questions or share his in-depth knowledge of the area, including wonderful suggestions for dining out and fun activities. During our stay, we enjoyed the private beach/lake. We found the location to be the best mix of being remote and having access to essentials and amenities. Montreal is an approx. 1.5 hour drive. We can't wait to stay again.
