Our stay went very well. The house is superb, spacious and well-equipped. We were able to enjoy the Nordic bath and sauna without any problems. Sandrine is very responsive and flexible on requests. I would recommend it 100%.

David is a lovely host, attentive, very responsive to our requests. A plus he accepted our golden retriever. Not overlooked, the hot tub is fantastic.

We've had the best time! Such a lovely house and such a lovely host, always available if you have any questions. the place is perfect to go with kids.. and even our dog was welcome! To have the jacuzzi was a very lovely addition to the house. We've been using the BBQ every night. The Internet is not working that well.. but as long you can enjoy the outside that should not be a problem.. A place to enjoy!

We had a lovely stay at Yannick's. The accommodation is clean, nice and good location. The jacuzzi is a real plus, very nice to relax, even when the weather is not good. Yannick was a responsive and welcoming host. We highly recommend her accommodation and would love to come back!

Very good stay in the cottage! Small problem on arrival, not the fault of the owner who found a solution very quickly and did not bother us at all during our stay. Close to a small welcoming village! Very nice inhabitants. Lots of hiking to do without using the car. Everything is in compliance in the campsite! Small restaurant that we recommend, cheap and excellent!! Thank you!!

We loved our spring time stay in Hendrickje’s peaceful country cottage! I’d highly recommend it for anyone who wants a quiet getaway in the middle of nature. I always found our host to be communicative and willing to help with anything we needed during our stay.

Nice accommodation, very well located in relation to the activities of the Lake. The surroundings were quiet, but you can hear the neighbors a little while in the room. Very beautiful discovery!

stayed there with 5 people from June 13 to 16, 2025. House is cozy and equipped with everything. Beautiful garden with seating. wonderfully quiet, could bbq. despite the fact that she lives next door, you have all the privacy. we had good contact with Jeanne, she is very nice and helpful. cars could be covered and gate at entrance gives extra security. we will definitely be back. Very friendly, flexible and very responsive host. The cottage is comfortable, though a little small for 4. Three was great. Very clean, well-equipped accommodation and close to a restaurant, swimming pool and forest. The cottage is also close to Chimay and Charleville Mézières. In short, a good option for a relaxing weekend with the family.

Beautiful country house with a huge garden and direct access to a stream and forest, perfect for a weekend in the fall. Very warm welcome with a small welcome gift! On the other hand, the house does not have linens and they make you pay by electricity, water, boiler and even garbage bags.

Great accommodation for a (long) weekend away, definitely when the weather is in your favour. Max 4 people as the gite is cozy. We were a family with two kids.

We had a great time! Lots for the kids and adults to do on site and the lake down the road was beautiful and quiet considering the weather was lovely. Only downside to the location is if you want to go to something not on site then you have to drive as there isn't much within walking distance. The Hosts were friendly and very helpful with suggestions of places to go. They also suggested geocaching which we have never done before but we all enjoyed. Great family holiday!! Thank you

We wanted a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place and that's exactly what we found at Jessie's! The proximity to the bakery and various shops is much appreciated, as is the calm and tranquility of the place. The high quality of the furniture, the comfort of the cottage and the small terrace allowed us to fully enjoy and get away from it all. The ability to access hiking trails minutes from the accommodation allowed us to discover the beautiful landscape of the city. On top of that, Jessie's communication, clarity of explanations and responsiveness allowed us to fully and serenely enjoy our stay! I would recommend it 100%.
