Monthly Rentals in Saginaw

In the DFW area, you will find a lot of homes available that have been cleaned up on the inside, but not the greatest location. As always with real estate, Location Location Location...and this one had that! Yes, it is going to take you 20 minutes to get anywhere around the area...But, if you are like me and have a family, you want to stay in an area that is comfortable and safe. This place had that. A new neighbor, great neighbors, park features if you have smaller kiddos, safe, etc. If we are back in the area, this home will be at the top of my list of places to stay. Great job!

I enjoyed the large tub and the shower in the primary bedroom. It was really nice that there were two living spaces so that my kids and I could watch what we wanted to and not be on top of each other. Beautiful kitchen and everything we needed to cook meals.

Very cute apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment was very clean, had an easy check in process, and was very quiet and private. Located near mercy culture church and in a great spot in Fort Worth. I was nervous about the Murphy bed at first, but it was very easy to put up and down and was actually very comfortable. I would stay again!
