Sprawling luxury Estate

Large home situated in a peaceful neighborhood on a bluff overlooking Safford, Arizona. This home was built in 2019. It is equipped with many amenities including a six man hot tub and both foosball and ping-pong tables. The house has ample room for family events, and is designed to entertain with large outdoor areas and a huge open concept living/kitchen area. The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms ensure that our guests will be able to enjoy each other’s company without feeling like they are crowded.

Vintage Little Pink Cottage

Our cozy little Pink House was built in 1910 as a farm house, surrounded by fields. Then several years ago we completely remodeled the inside updating everything, heat pump unit was added for heating and cooling. Our driveway leads to private parking by the back door. We are a nonsmoking, no pets facility. We are .06 miles to the hospital, shopping is also very close and the Safford High School is visible from our back door. This is a one bedroom with a Queen size bed.

Mountain ranges on there sides, make for some specacular views. Nights are relatively cool, days are warm. Hiking, exploring backroads, ATV riding, mountain trips are all close by. Direct access to walking quiet desert walking areas. Interesting ancient archeological areas very close.

Located just west of the Safford/Thatcher area in Central is our 32 ft. 5th wheel RV trailer. Parked at the back of our property, there is a big back yard and a playground for the kiddos! Our trailer can sleep up to 6 people, but if all adults, highly recommended for 4. There is no smoking allowed on our property. Pets are allowed outside on a leash or in a kennel, but not inside the trailer. Just outside the RV is a picnic table, fire pit, and chairs!

House was cute! Fit our family. Loved that we could throw on Disney movies when we were relaxing. Close to shops. We stay in Safford a lot. This was definitely a book again for us.
