The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Located 15 km from Bordeaux, Saint Caprais is a small country village in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards. The house for rent as well as our house are located on a large, enclosed and wooded lot. The house is completely independent of ours. A parking space will be reserved for you. The 50 m² house consists of 3 rooms, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Everything is air-conditioned.

Cottage of Ermitage

Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.
