The living room is forward with a lovely fireplace and seating for all. Three bedrooms are to your right; a full size double bunk bed, a queen bed, a king in the master with its own full bathroom. There is outdoor seating.

Brenda and Monty were amazing hosts. They were friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood was safe. We were there during the holidays and a lot of neighbors put up fun decorations. The unit was quiet and as described. The kitchenette was nicely set up. The internet and cable connections were strong. We stayed for three months. It was a great place to come after work.

The place was ideally located for my day at the State Capitol. The roof top patio was pretty awesome. Very walkable. Parking structure nearby. In the heart of everything. You should be aware that currently the second floor is being remodeled and not very aesthetic if that matters to you. It's a three story walk up. No elevator. It was perfect for me and suitable for a couple.

We loved having our own driveway, the three levels accommodates our entire team, can’t say enough about the hot tub, multiple washers and dryers, so lose to so much including Target, the SAFE Convention Center, all of the restaurants, and so much more that we couldn’t get to. This place is Dope! Triple level… we took care of business and had all the fun!
