Kid-friendly vacation rentals in San Juan

I literally felt right at home. Wilkins's home was very peaceful and centrally located. Every place I went to was literally minutes away. My family and I enjoyed our stay. On my next visit to San Juan I'm definitely staying there again.

Juan’s place was a great find, his place was exactly as described. Juan was very friendly and readily available to provide help when needed. We enjoyed our stay at his place, it was very roomy and cozy. The neighborhood was nice and calm and the location was close to many places such as the airport, different beaches, and to San Juan. Had an amazing time with my family and friends at Maria’s place. Perfect place to stay at if you want to visit Puerto Rico. The area felt safe , the house was clean , everything worked fine. She responded immediately and even recommended places to see and eat at. Made everything super convenient. You aren’t far from The airport and aren’t far from activities either. Great location would highly recommend 10/10.

Dishmey’s place was comfortable and spacious She was very responsive and informative one night there was a power outage in PR. Location was great close to everything. I definitely will book this place again!

To begin: Loved this house and the neighborhood it's in. House looks exactly as it's presented in the photos. Clean, organized and has so many things to help make your stay feel more comfortable. The island had a period of time where the lights were out but the house has a generator that was really helpful. Rafael helped with clear instructions on how to navigate through everything which was really useful. As long as you follow the directions given, things run pretty smoothly. Communication with Rafael was seamless. He responded pretty quickly and answered any questions we had. Neighborhood is pretty quiet in the evening. Even when the lights were out, kids were out playing (which we enjoyed seeing since most kids are usually on a tablet or phone in the city we're from) but everyone was considerate of the time, and inside by about 9pm. Most places and restaurants were no more than 15 to 20 mins away which made catching a uber pretty easy to do. I'd defn stay here again :)

Lianne’s apartment felt like home. What stood out the most was how clean and great smelling it was when you walked in. It was the perfect place for our stay, every morning that we woke up we were greeted by singing birds and the sound of frogs. It was such a peaceful and beautiful experience. Definitely book with Lianne, she’s very helpful, she responds quickly and has really good recommendations on anything you’re looking for.

Maria was an AMAZING host! The hospitality was top tier! I would definitely recommend booking this Airbnb! The place is 10-15 mins from the beaches, the night life, and amazing PR Restaurants etc.

Isla verde was my favorite beach to visit. About an 11 minute drive . uber prices ranged from 11$-21$ depending on whether it was surging. I would “cheat” the system by walking to pueblos supermarket for pick up it’s about a 10 minute walk from the beach and that would shave off a couple dollars from total. It also gives you some time to dry off. If your looking for fast food you can walk about 15 minutes, its a straight shot from airbnb and you’ll find a Popeyes, Church’s Chicken , Mexican ,pizza, china food there’s also a grocery store and Walgreens it’s like a little plaza situation it was awesome and convenient. Honestly you are so close to everything including old San Juan but you can’t necessarily walk anywhere bc of the highway you have to take an Uber or you can take the bus . I actually took the bus to the art museum it was a ten minute walk to catch bus and 75 cents . The bus also drops you off at airport ! A/c works like a dream . Just me nd dog I felt safe! Book!

The place was easy to find and exceptionally clean, which was the highlight. It was peaceful and quiet, with no noise at all. Since there are several stray cats in the area, the smell of cat feces at the entrance of the property was slightly unpleasant. However, this is something beyond the host's control.

Beautiful Gem in Puerto Rico ! Albin was kind & responsive from the moment of booking, & accommodated all of our needs helpfully & with friendliness. The home itself was in a convenient location, not far from all of the attractions of San Juan, & with some local late night eateries nearby. Everything was accessible via car or affordable ubers. Inside was clean, comfortable, & the hot tub was very pristine & peaceful. Lovely neighborhood & beautiful stay overall :)

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! It's in an ideal location—super close to the airport, which made our travel so much easier. The apartment was easy to find. The beach is just a short walk away and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The home itself was spotlessly clean and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. The balcony was nice. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Esther and Rosemary weren't only the best AirBnb hosts I have ever had, but also amazing tour guides. They provided recommendations and things to do across the entire island. They were extremely detailed in their suggestions and they made this trip such an enjoyable experience. At one point, the power went out across Puerto Rico, they were attentive and while the hosts are not responsible for power outages, took responsibility and offered to bring batteries, informed us of updates and provided flashlights. They were more than accommodating. Their space was clean and a great price considering the location and size. It has walking access to tons of restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Compared to other locations we had viewed, this was certainly the most bang for our buck. I 10/10 recommend booking with them if you want insider and local recommendations on where to go!

Perfect place for a couple. Location is ideal with restaurants and beach at walkable distance. The view from the apartment is actually much better than what can be seen from the photos. Luis was very responsive and helped quite a bit throughout our stay.

Rafael’s place was amazing. Close to the air port. The security was very nice & helpful. I felt safe at my stay. The only confusion was opening the lock box. But once we gave him a call he was helpful & attentive. I’ll definitely book again. Close to everything

The apartment is very safe. My wife and I loved it They have Security at the gate. The indoor parking is nice. The Neighbors are friendly no smoking or loud noises. Jose makes sure you have everything you need and still checks on you for anything that may've been missed ( He didn't miss anything for our stay) The place was spotless and cozy. I'll definitely will be staying there again and will recommend Jose's listing to all my friends.

This was the perfect location for us. Right by the airport, large swimming pool and direct access to beautiful Isla Verde beach. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants. Also a free parking space and gated security. While we could hear the planes taking off and landing it wasn't bad at all for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo for our girls' trip, celebrating a milestone birthday! The space was clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for our group. The owner was very accommodating, especially with our arrival time, which we really appreciated.  The location was excellent—very close to the airport and within walking distance to the beach, Starbucks coffee, great restaurants inside the hotels on the same street and on the beach, which made dining and exploring super easy.  One thing to note is the street noise—being on the 20th floor, we didn’t expect it to be so noticeable, and it did affect our light sleepers. Earplugs might be a good idea for those sensitive to sound.  During our stay, the building management did some work that required the water to be turned off for a few hours. Fortunately, the owner had a backup water tank available. We were at the beach at the time, so it didn’t impact us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this condo.
