Erick was super helpful and accommodating! The air bnb was very clean & everything was just like in the pictures. The neighbors were extremely kind as well. Street parking worked for us I honestly have no complaints. Thank you Erick :)))

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and peaceful. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and looked exactly as shown in the pictures. It had a warm and welcoming ambiance, making it the perfect retreat. Initially, I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, but the host responded promptly and resolved it right away, which I really appreciated. Their attentiveness and hospitality made the experience even better. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and hassle-free stay!

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing. It was in a great location, close to everything we wanted to do. Gleysh was extremely attentive to all of our needs and responded right away. The Airbnb was also very clean, beds were comfy, and everything we needed was at hand. I definitely will rebook with her for my upcoming trips. She also has parking that made it super accessible and easy to come and go. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

This was my 2nd time Ramona's place and the area did not disappoint. Herself and her son Jeffrey were always responsive to questions or requests, and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Ubers are easy to catch and roadside parking is available if you choose to rent a car. This will be my go to spot anytime I visit Puerto Rico, both for the hosts and the location. I give it a 10/10!

I was really looking forward to my stay in Puerto Rico, but unfortunately this Airbnb did not meet expectations. On the first night, the unit became full of termites, which made it extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary to stay in. When I reached out to the host about the termites, I was told that he “cannot control nature.” While I understand that insects can be part of life in tropical areas, this wasn’t a small issue—it was a serious infestation, and it made the space unusable. A responsible host should take steps to prevent these problems and respond more constructively when they arise.over all. I slept well. Beds were comfortable. Thx you Jose.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic—close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to experience the best of Puerto Rico. We truly felt at home here and can't wait to come back. We were very pleased with Jennifer's accommodations for three adults. We especially appreciated her responsiveness to each of our inquiries, both before and during our stay. The privacy and beauty of her pool area was a real plus, as well as we were able to have use of the laundry facilities. The traffic noise behind the property was but a small issue and did not affect our enjoyment. The on site parking amenity was a huge plus as well and we always felt secure on the property. There were also a number of places to eat and shop (including a Costco) within just a few minutes drive. Attractions are varied and not too far away - i.e, beaches, forests, Old Town San Juan, Malls, - as well as for those wishing to visit the beautiful Puerto Rico Temple. If we ever have occasion to visit Puerto Rico again, we will definitely look no further than Jennifer's gracious and comfortable accommodations.

Wilson was an amazing host and super informative as well. He gave us a list of local recomendations for food and activities that saved the day when trying to find where to go next. The Bnb is amazing for the price, very much so a good “bang for buck” place.

Very clean, easy to find a great security. The kitchen area was very nice, wrap around balcony was a great place to sit and chit chat. Your stay here is very well worth the price and very private. Hector was good with communication! And when I got badly sunburnt, he was willing to provide me aloe Vera which I am very appreciative about! He also was willing to provide me a ride to a beach! Great hospitality. The ONLY constructive criticism I can give is to ensure pillow cases and bed sheets were washed. Loved all the amenities his airbnb provided! :)

Had a great stay at Germans home! Everything was clean and very comfortable. Its a great spot and very centric to local places we visited!

the place looked just like the photos. The host was very quick to respond and give recommendations. Even accommodated an extra guest which was very easy. La Panadería right down the street was amazing!

5 STARS all the way! This was my home away from home for an extended period of time. I was sad to leave. I very much felt at home and comfortable. I loved everything about Rebeca's home. Its a very beautiful residence, very clean, well kept and very pretty. An amazing vibe overall. The location is excellent to many places. The other long term tenants were also incredibly friendly and they were all wonderful to me, I will miss them as well. As I mentioned, I was sad to have to leave. I don't normally leave reviews and this is actually my 1st review I have ever left on Airbnb. So Rebeca when you read this please know I had an amazing time at your home, I will cherish our conversations (wished we had more) and thank you so much for being wonderful to me! Pedro & Marisol were Great hosts! The Air bnb, was very clean and cute & they made us feel right at home! We loved it so much we had even extended our stay longer :) very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something as well. definitely recommend & can’t wait to visit and book again !

This place is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was super easy to locate and get inside. The inside is perfect for two people and the private garage makes going in and out convenient! The beach chairs, towels and cooler is definitely a nice touch. We ran into some issues late at night and Luis responded right away regardless of the time. Loved the hospitality, great host! Will definitely stay at this location again.

I had a fantastic stay at Jhensen place! The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really stood out to me was Jhensens dedication to being available whenever I needed assistance. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and provided wonderful local recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. The stay was better than expected, Luis was very responsive and helpful. He recommended things to do and places to eat. The place was very nice, loved the birds and butterflies. The outdoor space was private which allowed for you and your spouse to be free to use it as you see fit. One thing I didn’t expect that was very appreciative was the stocked fridge with waters, beer and soda. We will be visiting again in the future.

This place was a great deal for the money! It is a brand new place still under construction so you might have a little construction going on at some times during your stay but it wasn’t bad. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants within walking distance, especially the restaurant downstairs! It is awesome! The neighborhood is very lively so you might bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, but if you love the nightlife, you have lots of options. The beach is a block away so you can go without renting a car if you choose. Karen was such a great host. With new construction, we had a few bumps and needed a few things and she would answer promptly and bring what we needed. She was a great host! Italian, Mexican, Puerto Rican, and coffee shop restaurants are all right close to the studio apartment so you have several options for dining. There is a small kitchenette and fridge and microwave for making small meals if you need to as well. Like I said Karen will work with you on it all!

Grace made my trip very easy with check in, response time and the location makes getting around extremely easy. Would book again.
