Family-friendly vacation rentals in San Juan

We loved our stay! Such a beautiful beach from the balcony or out the front door. The elevators were fast and quiet, which somehow stood out (I hate waiting for elevators!) Walking distance to great restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We'll be back!

House was spotless and in an amazing location while being private in a gated community. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Juan.

This was a perfect place for our group of 3. It was a very convenient location and had a beautiful beach right outside the building. The apartment was clean and enjoyable.

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

We had such a pleasant stay at this place during our trip to San Juan! The place was spacious, beautiful, and comfortably accommodated our two small families. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying breakfast on the rooftop—such a great way to start the day. Our hosts, Geraldine and Ted, were incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible. They responded quickly to all our questions and took care of any small issues right away. Thanks to this lovely home and their warm hospitality, our time in San Juan was truly special.

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

Miguel was a wonderful host. The place was wonderful. The pool had a shallow end that our 4 and 6 yo could stand and they enjoyed it a lot

Yayra's place is a hidden gem! Although it does not have windows to the outside, it does have windows to the courtyard and an upstairs rooftop with a nice view! The apartment is bright inside and rooms 4 people very comfortably. It is very well stocked, organized, and extremely clean. I was so appreciative to have a clean shower and shower liner! The apartment is in the heart of Viejo San Juan with so much to do. Remember to dress comfortably! A lot of hills to walk up and down the streets. The building is beautiful and clean. Perfect stay for my birthday celebration!

Absolutely phenomenal space to stay in while in Puerto Rico. It’s gated with active security on the premises so it’s very safe. Beach within walking distance and plenty of restaurants and nightlife a short drive away. Couldn’t have enjoyed a better location. And the property cats were the cherry on top

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed. The space is perfect and the distance from nice places is spot on. LOVED that is mega eco-friendly. Will stay next year for sure :)

close to beach, kind and responsive host

This was my first time in Puerto Rico and i enjoyed it 100%. My stay at this airbnb was the main reason, i felt like i got to really experience it staying in this beautiful place along with the beautiful neighborhood. The host were always very responsive with any question i had. The place was beautiful and also very clean, including the pool !!!

We stayed at Casa Natural for one week as a group of 8. The two properties are very nice and peaceful, easy to find, walkable to the beach and the grocery store, filled with cats and plants. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the pool was so fun. Emmanuel and all the staff were soooo friendly! They always answered within minutes and for example we asked for more beach towels and they were on our doorstep within minutes. The only setback was the door and the keys were kind of confusing, the door doesn’t close or open by itself you need to constantly use the keys to use it. Also, the microwave wouldn’t work but that wasn’t a problem because there’s a shared microwave in a small outdoor kitchen space by the pool. Other than that, I would come right back here! It was a good price for nice big beds, washer and dryer, a pool, parking spaces and the beach! Emmanuel and the staff was the best part for me. Come to Casa Natural!

This was my first time using Air b&b and it was worth it. I traveled to Puerto Rico and came across Alfredo’s listening and it was the best decision I made. The place was clean, beautiful, and as described. The beach is walking distance and so are the restaurants. The pool is cute and private. I will definitely be using this location again if available for my next trip to PR.

Stood here with my kids and parents. We were a Group of 8 and felt so comfortable here. Close to everything yet secluded in a gated community we felt safe the entire time! We had zero problems here and the backyard was amazing and there pool was the kids favorite to unwind. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The communication was excellent.

We really enjoyed Rita's 3 bedroom unit. Spacious. Incredible view. Right on the beach. Great swimming pool. We had a great stay.

First time I’m Puerto Rico with my husband and family. My husband is originally from PR and Steve made us feel right at home. Place was amazing great pool for the kids, everything was so close and so amazing. Thank you for everything we will definitely be back!

Andrea was a tremendous host and an all around great person. We had a situation on one of the days with the Microwave in the kitchen, and she was quick to fix the issue. This place was a great location, near the beach, near walkable food options as well. It’s an area away from all the resorts and old San Juan which allows for a more quiet and enjoyable stay. Easy access to uber back n forth between house and location around San Juan.

Me and my fiancé had a great stay at Sandra’s Place. Really cute, boutique like 1 bedroom perfect for a little getaway! Sandra was really responsive and even let us check in earlier than expected. I will definitely be staying here again, I’m recommending it to family members as well! Thanks Sandra!!
