Apartment vacation rentals in San Juan

Spent 4 days at this air bnb. I can say we would definitely book again. Super close to all the airport and san juan attractions. Space was small but comfortable. Host was super friendly and helped us find the home. We can’t wait to come back.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a wonderful space in a neighborhood setting - extremely clean and gorgeous inside. & a 4 min walk to the mini supermarcardo which was really convenient for groceries! There are lots of dogs barking at random hours and roosters in the morning but honestly that didn’t bother me just something to keep in mind.

It was an excellent experience, I will definitely will reserve this Airbnb again. I will definitely recommend it to friends and families.

Juan’s place is in an excellent location, just outside of main San Juan and within an hour distance to all the major attractions across the island. Only about 25 minutes with traffic to Old San Juan, 15-20 minutes to Carolina and Isle Verde beaches, and about 45 from the rain forest. Distance wise the home is located very close, but San Juan has a lot of traffic. Home was simple and clean. I would highly recommend.

The apartment is mainly for one or two people if You want to rest in Puerto Rico and want privacy with your Significant other. I enticed my sleep at night very quiet and we would wake up early to head to sight see. Affordable stay. Clean and organized. The host is friendly and he’s at your service.

Very friendly and accommodating host. The house was only 5-20 mins away from everything. Made it easy to do more through-out the day without much travel.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and peaceful. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and looked exactly as shown in the pictures. It had a warm and welcoming ambiance, making it the perfect retreat. Initially, I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, but the host responded promptly and resolved it right away, which I really appreciated. Their attentiveness and hospitality made the experience even better. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and hassle-free stay!

Jackeline was wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better host. She was very responsive. It was my bf bday and she helped me get the place set up to surprise him. Jackeline is amazing!! I would definitely rent her place again.

I was really looking forward to my stay in Puerto Rico, but unfortunately this Airbnb did not meet expectations. On the first night, the unit became full of termites, which made it extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary to stay in. When I reached out to the host about the termites, I was told that he “cannot control nature.” While I understand that insects can be part of life in tropical areas, this wasn’t a small issue—it was a serious infestation, and it made the space unusable. A responsible host should take steps to prevent these problems and respond more constructively when they arise.over all. I slept well. Beds were comfortable. Thx you Jose.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic—close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to experience the best of Puerto Rico. We truly felt at home here and can't wait to come back. The host was by far one of the best host I had using air bnb, the host was very actively responsive, very accommodating and had great hospitality. The place was affordable, clean and in a convenient location. Neighbors were friendly. I love how one of the neighbors a few houses down had fresh coconuts that had delicious water inside 😋. I give the host a 5 ⭐. I will be back !

Pedro & Marisol were Great hosts! The Air bnb, was very clean and cute & they made us feel right at home! We loved it so much we had even extended our stay longer :) very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something as well. definitely recommend & can’t wait to visit and book again !

This place is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was super easy to locate and get inside. The inside is perfect for two people and the private garage makes going in and out convenient! The beach chairs, towels and cooler is definitely a nice touch. We ran into some issues late at night and Luis responded right away regardless of the time. Loved the hospitality, great host! Will definitely stay at this location again.

I had a fantastic stay at Jhensen place! The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really stood out to me was Jhensens dedication to being available whenever I needed assistance. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and provided wonderful local recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying here; it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for being such a great host!

The stay was better than expected, Luis was very responsive and helpful. He recommended things to do and places to eat. The place was very nice, loved the birds and butterflies. The outdoor space was private which allowed for you and your spouse to be free to use it as you see fit. One thing I didn’t expect that was very appreciative was the stocked fridge with waters, beer and soda. We will be visiting again in the future.

This place was a great deal for the money! It is a brand new place still under construction so you might have a little construction going on at some times during your stay but it wasn’t bad. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants within walking distance, especially the restaurant downstairs! It is awesome! The neighborhood is very lively so you might bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, but if you love the nightlife, you have lots of options. The beach is a block away so you can go without renting a car if you choose. Karen was such a great host. With new construction, we had a few bumps and needed a few things and she would answer promptly and bring what we needed. She was a great host! Italian, Mexican, Puerto Rican, and coffee shop restaurants are all right close to the studio apartment so you have several options for dining. There is a small kitchenette and fridge and microwave for making small meals if you need to as well. Like I said Karen will work with you on it all!

Grace made my trip very easy with check in, response time and the location makes getting around extremely easy. Would book again. Grace made my trip incredibly convenient with their efficient check-in process, prompt responses, and the location’s accessibility, which made getting around a breeze.
